    "This is our 2nd year of holding our annual Mother/Daughter retreat here. We sweat, we shop, we cook, we eat, we play Scrabble, watch movies. Great atmosphere with 3 queen beds. I love this house!"

  • Our time at the property was very good.

    "The property was clean, neat, roomy and adequate for 14 people. We found the property as described. We enjoyed the snow and surrounding area. The young people enjoyed skiing and snowboarding at Mt. Bachelor, and sledding at a SnoPark. Some went snowmobiling as well. Great location."

  • Comfortable, cozy, well-equipped

    "This condo was better than I hoped for - renting it was easy and the place was great. Its a nice sized condo for a two bedroom, two bath. Plenty of living area and in a nice location if you want to stay out in Eagle Crest. I would highly recommend this one if you have two to four people and don't want to pay "Bend" prices. I would stay here again (and I've rented quite a bit through VRBO and that isn't always the case!)"

  • Nice time

    "Home was well furnished but could use some updating and maintenance. The biggest frustration was when the TV stopped working in the living room at 7:00 am and at 9:27 called VACASA. In talking with the lady, she stated while I was on the phone with her that a trouble ticket would be submitted and that someone would contact me. I thought that it would be fixed but 4:30 no response so called again with a different lady telling me she would call me back right away when someone would be there to fix it again NO response. After my four or fifth call a really nice young came out to fix the problem at almost 8:00 pm. If they had communicated to this problem to him he could have fixed the problem I that morning when I had first called since he was by the home all morning. VACASA really needs to either train better on communication with the property management team. I feel that some kind of compensation for my trouble should be given to my wife and I. I want to really thank the young man who came out from Bend to work on the problem."
