  • Great for large group

"We recently stayed at 3 Pinecone Lane. The house was great for our group of 12. The only thing that could have made it better was an additional bathroom (we knew it would be cozy going in). The layout of the house worked well and the kitchen was very well appointed. The deck provided a nice place to hang out and use the BBQ grill. There were SHARC passes and beach towels provided for everyone to use. The location of the house in relation to the Village, the Lodge and the trails around the golf courses was great. If we ever go to Sunriver with a large group again, we would definitely stay here. It is dog friendly, which is very much appreciated."

  • Perfect Home for a Lovely Sunriver Vacation

"We enjoyed a wonderful week in Sunriver with our kids and grandkids (all under 12). The home was beautiful and very well appointed - especially the kitchen. Everything you could want in the way of cooking utensils is there for you. The table with easy seating for 10-12 was great for our large group. Having the upstairs loft and downstairs den where the kids could gather left the adults with quiet time to talk in the living room. The additional bikes in the garage were a plus for those who flew in - and we all made good use of the biking trails and the 12 passes to the sharc center. If you are looking for a great home to gather your family I would definitely recommend this home."

  • Perfect for out family!

"I was a little disappointed that the house wasn't air-conditioned, but with trees on both the east and west sides of the house, and by following Alleta's instructions about closing the blinds during the day, the house stayed comfortably cool. And the house has EVERYTHING we could have wanted. The master bedroom is upstairs along with the bunk room, so our grandchildren could be near their parents. The two downstairs bedrooms were comfortable and very quiet. The SHARC passes and bikes were very useful. The SHARC and Village are about a mile from the house. The wi-fi signal was very strong. Everyone enjoyed using the hot tub, especially the grandkids. The kitchen has absolutely everything anyone might need to prepare even a large meal. In short, we didn't want for anything. I would recommend this property to anyone."

  • JB

"This was the third summer that our families have gathered at Meadows Lodge for a reunion. The children, aged 6-11, love the house and deck; we parents and grandparents enjoy relaxing and cooking in the well stocked kitchen. The location is perfect. The home is in a very quiet area of SunRiver and yet the bike trails to the Village or to the Deschutes River are an easy access. The house is a beautiful lodge style with generous furnishings and supplies. There were lovely wildflowers and several deer families with fawns for those who enjoy wildlife. The owners of Meadows Lodge are very responsive to any questions or concerns. Having spoken with Dana on several occasions, she has stated that she hopes that the home creates an atmosphere for wonderful memories for families and friends. It has done that for us. We are already booked for next summer!"
