  • It's the details that count

"Very nice rooms in a very convenient location. The attention to detail is most impressive. An example? Yes there are SHARC passes, but there are also padlocks for the lockers. And the keys for the padlocks have safety pins so you can attach them in your pockets. Everything in this place is very well thought through. Bikes? Of course, and helmets. The examples go on. Thank you for a nice vacation."

  • Wonderful location and spacious condo with everything you need!

"We just returned from our week long stay in Sunriver and have nothing but great things to say. We've been going to Sunriver every summer and this is the first time we chose to rent a condo instead of a house--and we LOVED it. The condo is very large--spacious enough for hosting a family dinner party with 12 guests. The condo is very clean and the open floor plan makes spending time together easy. This particular unit is right across the driveway from the community pool and tennis court--neither of which were ever busy. The unit comes with SHARC passes for those days we were in the mood for a fast pace and water slides, but the community pool was great for low key playing and relaxing--and we never had to search for a chair! The owner was great--checked in with us just prior to our stay as well as half way through to make sure everything was okay. The Ridge is a 3 minute walk to the SHARC and a 10-15 min walk to the village so the location is ideal. Very quiet complex with a helpful staff. About the only suggestion I would have is to have a spice rack available for guests and perhaps mattress toppers as the beds are very firm. Other than that, I can't think of anything to change--we truly enjoyed our stay!"

  • Quiet and comfortable

"Upon arrival we noticed the house was much larger than we thought, judging simply from pictures. From the interior design to the wood and furniture everything was so cozy and warm. My daughter and I really enjoyed laying in front of the fire on the softest rug I think I have ever felt. The hot tub was new and clean. King size bed upstairs was super comfortable. Kitchen was fully loaded from what I could tell. We really liked the layout of the home in general. Nice quiet area in the woods. At night it was eerily quiet though. Plenty of other homes in the area, but near perfect silence. There were a couple of things that were minorly problematic or I thought was strange. The first was that there must be some kind of hornet's nest somewhere. I assume the loft area. Over the weekend I disposed of 7 slow moving hornets throughout the house. One on the floor of the kitchen, four on or near a bed in the loft and 2 in the master bathroom. I imagine it was just the cold pushing them inside toward the heat but still made it so my daughter didn't want to sleep in the loft area. The other thing I found strange was the fact that every window inside the house had some blinds or curtains except the master bathroom. Granted the window is fairly high up but just felt weird getting out of the shower with nothing to cover the window from anyone outside. Despite these things everything was wonderful overall and we had a great time."

  • Perfect for our group of 12 adults

"Three couples stayed in the three bedrooms, and three couples stayed together in the large bunk room. The table spaces, living space, bathrooms, and hot tub were suitable for our group's needs, and we would like to return in future years. It's built and outfitted as a vacation rental, and perfect for the purpose."
