  • Snowy Winter Weekend!

"Loved this home! Spacious, comfortable and had a lot of fun! Wonderful gathering place for large family. Loved the comfortable lodge decor. Kitchen is great with 2 dishwashers and 2 ovens but could use some updated small appliances like coffee maker. Loved the games - so much to do! Ping pong paddles need to be replaced. (It's always the small things) Bedrooms and bathrooms are well done and really help balance the togetherness and privacy. Management company was not great to work with and needs to ensure details are cared for (outdoor lights burned out, previous guest debris on deck, dates and rates match on website) We loved this home for our snowy, winter weekend in Sunriver!"

  • Great for the price

"If you are looking for a cheaper place to stay in Sunriver, this is a good one. The architect was a little short sighted with making a house an odd (but cool) shape. The result is that the drawers closest to the wall and the one next to the refrigerator cannot open fully. You can still get what you need out of them though. As others have mentioned--the train is right behind the house. It seemed like it ran 3-4 times a day. One or two in the morning (starting around 7am) and one or two in the evening (latest might have been around 9-10pm). They move fast so it is done after 5 minutes tops. It is a decent proximity to both the entrance of Sunriver and the village. We didn't bother with Sharc passes as there are lots of people there and we had family with access to a more private pool in the area. The hot tub was definitely a plus. There is a good sized patch of sky right above it for stargazing. Only bummer is that no outdoor lighting is next to you to take the cover off of the tub. The light in the hot tub was blown out/not working so we purchased a simple solar light for getting in/out and putting the top back on. Appliances looked good/worked well. No dishwasher but this place wasn't meant for big groups either. Wireless internet was reliable."
