  • It's the details that count

"Very nice rooms in a very convenient location. The attention to detail is most impressive. An example? Yes there are SHARC passes, but there are also padlocks for the lockers. And the keys for the padlocks have safety pins so you can attach them in your pockets. Everything in this place is very well thought through. Bikes? Of course, and helmets. The examples go on. Thank you for a nice vacation."

  • Works well if you plan to spend most of your time out.

"Our stay consisted of 2 couples and 1 single. The cabin was adequate for our group to sleep and eat, but not much more. With only one chair and a sofa there isn't enough room for 6 people to sit and talk, you'll have to pull up a kitchen chair. The kitchen was well stocked with all the items needed to cook. The HVAC, while looking like a new unit could not keep up with the vaulted ceiling in the main area which lead to extremely hot bedrooms, and a chilly living area. We were lucky with very moderate temperatures (high of 75, low of 40), There was plenty of firewood for our stay, but no fire starter or kindling. The beds were firm. TV in the living area was small and quiet. Bedroom TV's were very small old style. I was glad that we didn't plan to spend much time in the cabin, because I think it would have been fairly uncomfortable. If you're going to go out and do things and just sleep and eat here, then this place will work well for you."

  • Perfect for out family!

"I was a little disappointed that the house wasn't air-conditioned, but with trees on both the east and west sides of the house, and by following Alleta's instructions about closing the blinds during the day, the house stayed comfortably cool. And the house has EVERYTHING we could have wanted. The master bedroom is upstairs along with the bunk room, so our grandchildren could be near their parents. The two downstairs bedrooms were comfortable and very quiet. The SHARC passes and bikes were very useful. The SHARC and Village are about a mile from the house. The wi-fi signal was very strong. Everyone enjoyed using the hot tub, especially the grandkids. The kitchen has absolutely everything anyone might need to prepare even a large meal. In short, we didn't want for anything. I would recommend this property to anyone."

  • Well maintained and clean house.

"I have rented several Sunriver homes and this one was one of the best. Very clean, nice spacious rooms (as advertised) and well stocked with cooking supplies. One slight drawback is the fireplace. Its location makes it a little difficult to see the big-screen TV from the kitchen area. The weather necessitated spending a lot more time inside the house than desired. As was mentioned in the guest book, most of the provided puzzles are missing pieces and should be replaced. Overall, a nice house that I would rent again and would recommend."
