  • Cozy cabin for a ski weekend!

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I booked this cabin for a ski weekend with friends, and it was absolutely perfect! Plenty of space for sleeping with a whole "Cub's Den" of bunk beds as well as 2 spacious double bedrooms. We loved sitting out by the hot tub listening to the river after a day on the mountain! We had a small issue with the hot tub and the management company came out and fixed it the same day which was great! The location was perfect for us, about 30 minutes from Meadows but nice to be only an hour from Portland so people could come and go throughout the weekend. The kitchen had all of the equipment we needed for cooking too! One suggestion is to bring soap and bath products, because we forgot and the showers (there are two!) didn't have any. Overall an amazing stay and we would definitely return here!"

  • Wonderful Cabin! Would definitely stay here again with our three children.

"We had three nights in this large cabin with two younger children, a young teen, and two adults. Their were bedrooms for all of them and the younger kids enjoyed staying upstairs and sharing the upstairs bedroom with two beds, while the teen appreciated her privacy in one of the downstairs bedrooms. The cabin fulfilled all of our needs - far enough out in the woods, yet close enough to a grocery store and firewood. The ZigZag river is right down the road and our kids really enjoyed exploring it. We made some great meals each day and night and baked desserts with the mixer, played board games in the living room with a roaring fire going, and had a wonderful, unforgettablel time."

  • Comfy, Beautiful, and Convenient!

"My friends and I stayed here for a ski trip and almost couldn't leave just because of how cozy it was! Between the two full kitchens, the wood stove, the fireplace, and the multiple board games we had an incredible time just staying inside. Only 10 minutes away from Ski Bowl and 20 from Timberline. The views outside the backyard were gorgeous and we even got to look at the stars using the telescope. It was an amazing time and we hope to return next year when they will also have a hot tub on the property."

  • Perfect Getaway Reatreat Weekend

"This was such a great getaway for myself, my husband, and our two dogs. The house was very neat and tidy, and the new renovations showed. The fire pit was excellent as well as the hot tub which was great when the weather cooled down. Both dogs enjoyed sitting outside bird watching. The bed upstairs was very comfy, and we both slept great! There was a gas fireplace that kept the place nice and toasty. They even had a bag of ice ready for us in the fridge! Dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, the whole nine yards! Awesome! If you forgot any groceries or firewood, no worries, Thriftway is literally 3 minutes up the road! Only drawback: We were a little surprised as to how close to the surrounding houses we were. The ad mentions sharing a lot with another house (totally cute tiny house which nobody was home all weekend), but we didn't realize that you are essentially in a neighborhood. Luckily, with the foliage around it doesn't feel like a neighborhood and is still very peaceful (although you can see other houses). However, we did hear a lot of noise from the neighbors across the way and their dogs barking about 6 AM on a Saturday, until pretty late in the evening, kind of a bummer and took away from the peaceful element. All in all, though, we got what we were seeking, which was tranquility and a nice weekend away! Highly recommend, as we would one day like to come back. Just keep in mind, this in not a cabin in the woods. This is a house in a very wooded neighborhood on a gravel road. Somewhere we hope to one day live! Thanks guys! :)"
