  • Good place

"In a good location; close to beach and town, we could easily walk. They offered us late checkout on Sunday which was fantastic, did not have to leave until 7:00pm for only $30. It was so nice not to feel rushed on the last day. One thing renters must be aware of is that it is not a good place if climbing stairs is an issue, 3 story house, not a problem for us but could be for some people."

  • Beautiful, well appointed home with every need anticipated.

"Home is spacious and luxurious, easily accommodating our group of five women. A cozy reading area, a cushiony tv area with big screen and hundreds of DVDs, front and back decks, made plenty of places for us to gather or engage in solitary activities. In addition, there is a TV in every bedroom. The bathrooms are large and provide all the toiletries needed. The house is on the last street bordering the state park and is very quiet. The kitchen has everything needed to cook. We never moved our cars until it was time to go home. Thanks for making our stay lovely and relaxing!"

  • Beautiful house with the beach right across the street.

"We had a wonderful time at this gorgeous house. The kitchen had all of our needs. With the beach right across the street we were able to enjoy the sun (yes sun in late October!) and sand late into the evening. The town was quaint and a short drive to Tillamook for larger stores and the cheese factory. We highly recommend this home and we will be staying here again. Thank you Boyer family!"

  • Great location and perfect for small family

"This was our 4th stay at Pearl Point and we love the location. Netarts is great for beach walking and wildlife watching, close to Tillamook, and there is much to do and see on this stretch of the Oregon coast. Photos on the web site provide a good feel the area. The condo is definitely on the smallish side but fine for a couple or small family like ours. It's hard to find smaller more reasonably affordable units like this one this close to the beach. The small Pearl Point condo development is quiet and friendly and the surrounding area is a typically quaint Oregon seaside village. We had a small problem w/ sleep-sofa which should be easily fixed by management. It would be helpful to have instructions for the entertainment system and we'd also recommend a slightly larger table for dining (if one fits). Heather was very helpful with the rental process. While in the area make sure to visit Oceanside, Cape Meares Lighthouse (& vicinity), and Cape Lookout State Park. Overall we highly recommend the condo and the Netarts area!"
