  • Lovely home in a quiet neighborhood

"We thoroughly enjoyed the Little Beach home! We had initially intended to stay within walking distance of downtown Seaside or Cannon Beach. I was so glad I chose this house! I loved that it was in a quiet neighborhood and within a few minutes of a fantastic beach. It was very clean and well equipped. We definitely plan on returning soon!"

  • Amazing Home

"We loved staying here! The sitting room, dining room, and family room are spacious and the furniture comfortable. We made a fire in the fireplace every day and it was so inviting to sit there and listen to the crackling. The kitchen was perfect - large and well stocked. We barely ate out the whole trip! The bedrooms were laid out well for our 3 kids, my mom, and my husband and me. We all had plenty of space. We had a few questions during our stay, and the hosts were so friendly and responsive to our calls. We really appreciated that. The house was cold, and it took us a few days to figure out the thermostat, but there were lots and lots of blankets and even a space heater. The beds were all soft, but very comfortable. I normally have back pain when sleeping on such a soft mattress, but I didn't have any problems with the beds. The master bedding was a bit worn, threadbare and ripping in places, so I'd encourage the hosts to invest in a new comforter and sheets for the master. However, the bedding sets in all the other rooms were great. We absolutely loved being so close to the beach. We walked on the beach every morning and every afternoon. The neighborhood is also very nice for walking. Quiet and picturesque - we even met the neighbor and his new puppy! Our only real complaint with the house was the lack of lighting in the family areas in the evenings. During the day, all of the windows let in beautiful natural light. We brought knitting, crochet, and weaving projects for the trip, and the house gets very dark at night. There are lamps, but they just aren't bright enough for crafting. All in all we had the best time, and this was one of our favorite properties we've ever stayed in. Thank you so much! We will be back."

  • Dated but perfect for our group

"Don't expect fancy but this house gets it done for a group of mid 30's friends playing in a golf tourney. I'd prob recommend a nicer house for family/extended stay, however this house has everything you need. Hard floors for easy cleanup, nice TV, fireplace is awesome. Will stay again."

  • Absolutely amazing view

"We loved staying at this house even on a stormy weekend. We could watch the weather roll in from across the ocean from huge windows in almost every room. The large, open plan of the house provided us with plenty of space for indoor family activities and cooking cozy meals. We felt like we were getting a true beachy experience even when walks on the beach weren't ideal."
