  • Excellent Property

"Beautiful home. We had a family reunion here and found it wonderful. Highly recommend it. Setting is great to get to beach as well. At the end of a quiet street. Fully equipped for anything you need."

  • Amazing Home

"We loved staying here! The sitting room, dining room, and family room are spacious and the furniture comfortable. We made a fire in the fireplace every day and it was so inviting to sit there and listen to the crackling. The kitchen was perfect - large and well stocked. We barely ate out the whole trip! The bedrooms were laid out well for our 3 kids, my mom, and my husband and me. We all had plenty of space. We had a few questions during our stay, and the hosts were so friendly and responsive to our calls. We really appreciated that. The house was cold, and it took us a few days to figure out the thermostat, but there were lots and lots of blankets and even a space heater. The beds were all soft, but very comfortable. I normally have back pain when sleeping on such a soft mattress, but I didn't have any problems with the beds. The master bedding was a bit worn, threadbare and ripping in places, so I'd encourage the hosts to invest in a new comforter and sheets for the master. However, the bedding sets in all the other rooms were great. We absolutely loved being so close to the beach. We walked on the beach every morning and every afternoon. The neighborhood is also very nice for walking. Quiet and picturesque - we even met the neighbor and his new puppy! Our only real complaint with the house was the lack of lighting in the family areas in the evenings. During the day, all of the windows let in beautiful natural light. We brought knitting, crochet, and weaving projects for the trip, and the house gets very dark at night. There are lamps, but they just aren't bright enough for crafting. All in all we had the best time, and this was one of our favorite properties we've ever stayed in. Thank you so much! We will be back."

"Great little cottage for two couples or two small families. The 2 separate living rooms make it easy to spread out and get some space. Be careful of the multiple levels and step-ups/downs as they could be dangerous for older folks."

  • First trip to Seaside OR

"Home was very nice and clean. Two good sized bathrooms that had been recently updated. Lots of room to spread out. Cozy. Fire pit in front courtyard was also fun. Only downside was had to drive in to Seaside each day. Not close enough to walk. Other travelers probably already know that but it was our first trip to that area so we didn't. But there was great beach access 1 mile from house and beach was much less crowded there. My kids ended up liking it better. And finally owners were very nice and on the couple of occasions when I did need help they got back to me immediately. I really liked that."
