The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was clean.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
We really enjoyed our stay at Pelican Perch. It's very nice and quiet with high end finishes throughout. The location is ideal, just half a block from the beach. There's only a slight view of the ocean because of trees, but the trees make a great view. The master bedroom and bath is quite spacious and well equipped. Also, the second and third bedrooms are nice. A couple of things that were slight issues: 1)There were dirty dishes and silverware in the drawer/cupboard - I know it's hard to spot when a guest puts away a dish with food crusted on it, but it should be checked. I did a load of dishes when we arrived. 2)the dishwasher is really hard to close, it took awhile to figure out, you have to slam the door closed to get it to work, no idea why. 3) the washer dryer set is quite small and I had to read the instructions to figure out how to use them, it shouldn't be that complicated. Luckily the instructions were included in the manual provided by the rental company. 4) the furniture in the living room isn't all that comfortable. There were four of us, we all thought there should be two love seats and a chair instead of the large sofa and two chairs. Another suggestion is a rug for the tile floor - not ideal with sand from the beach, but it would make it more comfortable to sit on the floor to play games, etc. Also, the dining table and chairs wasn't that comfortable to sit playing games. 5) the pots and pans are cheap and banged up, I didn't feel comfortable using them with the teflon scratched. I know this is sort of nit picky, but it's feedback we had as a group. Overall, I would rent this townhouse again."
