  • Gorgeous view, comfortable spacious house, great location

"We loved this house! The kitchen cabinets are fully stocked in this house~ spices, oils, coffee filters, cooking utensils, kitchen gadgets including a wine opener, cutting boards, cookie sheets, pots, pans, plates, bowls, coffee mugs & utensils. Just fill the fridge with food and you can cook great meals here! There's laundry detergent in the laundry room too! We brought our own but were pleasantly surprised to find some there already! The fireplace upstairs is so cozy and the million dollar view out of the floor to ceiling windows was the best! Three bedrooms downstairs and one upstairs with a full bath on each floor provides lots of space!! Location is great too! Steps from the beach and a very short stroll down the beach to Hug Point! The beach is gorgeous and waterfalls at Hug Point are too!! The house has a huge assortment of beach toys for families with kids! There were kites in the garage too to fly on the beach. It's a short drive to Oswald West State Park and Short Sands beach!! It's a very short nature walk to the beautiful beach over the wooden bridge! So very worth it- it's beautiful there!! We loved everything about this house and will be back again!!"

  • Our Favorite Oceanside Stay

"Fabulous property, incredibly well equipped. While each of the units is great individually, the combination is perfect for a large group. They have thoughtfully outfitted the largest unit with sufficient cutlery, cookware and plates that you can feed a large group. We will definitely return annually."

  • Governor's House in Seaside

"House is in great location and in walking distance of just about everything. Rooms are cheerful and spacious. Nice vintage feel. Could be hard to heat in winter. House can use a little TLC, i.e. replacing rusty soap/toothpaste holders, etc. Windows were hard to open. Blankets were very skimpy and in short supply. However, our group enjoyed our stay there, and would consider returning."
