  • Oh the view!

"The Studio at Ocean Vista is a small little hideaway with a great big view! Lying in bed looking out over the beach and ocean was spectacular. The Studio was clean, cozy and comfortable, with everything you could possibly need -- even a beach towel for the dog! We can't wait to go back."

  • A dandy spot

"We had a great time. Nice view, we entertained guests and they were quite impressed. House well outfitted; although a couple appliances were on the fritz - Mike, I'll give you a call."

  • Lovely log home in the woods, with view of ocean from the balcony.

"This is a real treasure to find on the Southern Oregon Coast. The home is well appointed, with an English cottage setting. The home is two storied with a wonderful ambience. My family was so surprised to have access to an in ground pool and delightful hot tub in an enclosed area. There was a pleasant surprise by the pool with a very cute little "tea room." For those of you who need the creature comfort of home, there is a tv with all of the premium channels, and adequate wifi, for those who need to stay connected. We found lots of other little surprises in the well stocked cabinets and in the roomy bathroom. I took the smaller of the two downstairs bedrooms, and my niece loved the spacious master. Upstairs we found a great open-layout loft with two twin beds and lots of other cubbies, stuffed animals, and other delightful finds. This property is also very dog friendly. My brother in law came over for brief time, and his dashund, Charlie, had a ball. There is a nice size BBQ on covered deck, along with picnic table. There is a working woodstove in living room, and small woodpile to start fire. We were all amazed the the fact, that no matter what window you looked out, there was a breathtaking view. Owner is very easy to contact, and Donna, the housekeeper was very warm and welcoming. We also met the yard/pool guy briefly, so yes, you don't have to do any chores while on vacation. I highly recommend this for family get togethers, and would be a great retreat for romantic adventure. Enjoy! All and all, this was one of the best family retreat we have been at for years. We agreed to try and incorporate this magical place with our busy lives, in the future."

  • Clean, extremely convenient, and updated property

"We were in town for a wedding that was being held around the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Dacha. The owners accommodated an early check in which enabled the toddlers to get a nap in before the wedding rehearsal. With the closeness of the property to the beach, we were able to squeeze in a trip to the beautiful beach before all the wedding festivities. We enjoyed the openness of this updated house. It was a very comfortable stay for us. We were three couples with 3 children."
