  • Peace on Earth

"My husband and I rented this home for two weeks. We invited our teenage children, as well as my mother. Words cannot express how wonderful this home is, or how attentive Jim, the owner, is to his tenants. We had few issues, but Jim responded immediately to my texts. Jim even came and washed the Windows midway through our vacation, as the seagulls were busy. The home and its contents are well-thought out. Jim had fresh bread baking when we arrived. The kitchen is top of the line, Viking, and since I am too busy to cook in my everyday life, I thoroughly enjoyed pampering my family in this upscale kitchen! The beds are great and the sheets are luscious. Even the toilet paper is high end and very soft. Jim has thought of everything. The home has beach towels, suntan lotion and block, beach toys, crabbing equipment ... You will find everything you need in this house. My teens loved the ping pong table in the garage. My mother LOVED the juicy LazyBoys near the back windows of the house. Three tv's allow many persons to watch whatever they want and the wi-fi was always working at full speed (important as my husband is a streamer). I would not change one thing about this home. I have stayed in many VRBO rentals, but this is absolutely the best! If I needed something, it was there. Not many landlords are this thoughtful. I would recommend that you jump on this house if you are lucky enough to rent it. It is heaven on earth."

  • BEST Place to stay in Bandon!!!!

"This is the best place to stay in the Bandon area. It might have the best views north to south from the outside patio with plenty of room to enjoy the view with a big group of friends to watch the sunset with a nice adult beverage. We have come here for over 8 years and play golf fore a week with 8 guys and we are more than comfortable with the house. What really caps it off is the hot tub that has peaks of the ocean. Caryssa and her team does a great job in welcoming us."

  • Amazing view, perfect small space for a cozy retreat!

"My husband and I stayed two nights and were warmly welcomed on our arrival by our hosts. There are two rental properties on site, we stayed in the suite. There is also a loft available on the other side of the house. The property owners live on site inbetween the two rental spaces. Initially I had some reservations about staying in such close proximity to the homeowner but my concerns were completely unjustified! The suite has its own private, covered parking space and private entrance. There is also access to a semi-private deck and path that leads right down onto the beach. We did not see our hosts at all except for the initial welcome on arrival...didn't even hear them for that matter although they were right next door to us. The suite can best be compared to a posh hotel room-type suite. If you're looking for a place with on-site laundry facilities and a gourmet kitchen to prepare meals and entertain, this spot probably won't work too well. It has a small kitchen with a mini-fridge, microwave oven, and enough eating utensils for two people. There is a small dining table. Living area contains a really comfortable sofa, chair and chaise lounge perfectly situated to relax and enjoy the amazing views. King size bedroom with high end linens, very very comfortable bed. The space has great views, natural light, we really enjoyed it. There was no toaster, that would have been nice but there is a hair dryer available for use and a wine opener. Speaking of wine...we arrived to find a bottle of white wine chilling in the fridge, fresh fruit, yogurt, cheese, and almonds along with chocolate all left for us to enjoy on arrival. A very thoughtful and lovely touch I think! Easy walking distance to great hiking trails and Cape Arago state park just a few hundred yards down the road. Property is managed by the homeowners, Paul and Jill, and it was nice to avoid all the deposits, cleaning fees and other "hidden" expenses that can sometimes pop up on these rental sites. We found the homeowners to be charming, polite, honest and would not hesitate to stay here again. In fact, we hope to return back soon because we had such a wonderful time!"

  • Charming House with Great Ocean Views

"We spent 2 nights at this charming house that looks over the ocean. If you are fortunate enough to find nice weather at the coast, as we were, the deck is a great place to kick back and relax. The ocean view never gets old. This house also features bedrooms and bathrooms on opposite sides of the house, which provides nice privacy, especially if you're sharing with another couple."
