  • Grants Pass Cottage

"We picked a miserable weekend to take a look at Grants Pass / Medford /Ashland. Despite the rainstorm the cottage was a perfect homebase for my family of three. Comfy beds, comfy couch, good central heat allowed us to listen to the rain pound down and feel glad we were warm and dry. The washer/dryer helped out with wet clothes and the kitchen was stocked with enough spices / condiments / pots and pans for us to cook whatever we wanted. The cottage even has a fully stocked junk drawer which was perfect when we needed a rubber band! Nothing is too far away in Grants Pass but the cottage is on a quiet street that allowed us to get our Z's."

  • We Adore this Cabin!

"I love this cabin! The location is fabulous because it is so centrally located. We've been out for a day at the Illinois River, the Caves, Crater Lake and they were all within about an hour and a half drive. Not bad at all for a day trip! It takes us 10 minutes tops to get to Ashland from the cabin but at the same time you feel like you are in the middle of the woods while you're there and essentially you are. There's a grocery store about 5 minutes away for your convenience. If you forget anything on your trip Medford is also within about 15 minutes and there is a mall, every store imaginable, and most of the chain restaurants. Ashland has some great dining options as well, and if you are trying to save some money the cabin has everything you need for cooking meals and storing leftovers. It's peaceful and the beds are so incredibly comfortable. On our arrival the maintenance staff had put out a tray of goodies and some fresh flowers. So sweet and they lasted our entire stay! We always get visits from a family of deer and this last visit included a group of turkeys. The details in the cabin are special and you can see and feel the love that was put into building it and that goes into maintaining it for guests. I highly recommend this cabin for a visit to Ashland. It's a beautiful property."

  • Our Temporary Home

"We used this property as our temporary home while we were transitioning with a move to Medford. We stayed here three weeks waiting for our permanent residence to become available. It was a very reasonable in price and the space was great. The pros is that the location was convenient to many restaurants, shops. It had all the necessities for eating in and included a washer/dryer in the unit The cons about this place is that it is not large enough for 3 adults. The sofa bed was uncomfortable however a child would not notice it as much. The property's walkway (gravel) to the door is not easy to get to especially when rolling your luggage nor is it accessible for individuals with handicaps. I would recommend reassessing this for future renters. All in all it was a great place and I would recommend it to my friends/family when visiting the area."

  • Perfect Location!

"Great Location. Parking was nice to have in front of the unit. Within walking distance of just about everything. Clean and comfortable. 2 sets of forks, knives and spoons would be nice for left-overs. A wine opener would also be nice since there is 4 wine glasses. Also a bathmat for in front of the shower might be nice. Non of these things hindered the wonderful stay in Jacksonville with my daughter. I Will plan on staying again in the Fall. Thank you!"
