  • Loved my stay!

"I felt so at home in Melody and Jeff's Pine Street Cottage. It was bright and cozy, equipped with everything I needed to settle in for 6 weeks. Melody made sure I was comfortable with flannel sheets, lots of towels, all the kitchen accessories I required (and I love to cook!). They both were so welcoming, warm and helpful. The location is amazing—a quiet street, yet an incredibly short and pleasant walk to downtown and Lithia park. I can't recommend this place highly enough."

  • Lovely country retreat!

"Our women's group of five thoroughly enjoyed the spacious kitchen, indoor eating areas ... and the outdoor picnic tables and lovely roses surrounding this brick home. The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have air conditioning during the hot days. Mrs. Winn was most accommodating and helpful ;-)."

  • Pefect Location!

"This one bedroom half of an old house is perfectly located for walking to the theaters. The property is well maintained and had everything we needed. The parking in the alley behind the house is very convenient. We left our car there for the entire time we were in Ashland and walked everywhere. If we had wanted to do complicated cooking, the kitchenette with no stove would not have been an ideal, but it was fine with so many restaurants nearby."

  • Serene Retreat From Downtown Drama --Mark T

"My daughter and I love the world class theater in Ashland, and we were so pleased to have found this tranquil cottage on the edge of town. The beautiful, bucolic setting lets you completely unwind from watching the plays. The cottage is filled with natural light and surrounded by colorful, textural landscaping and the glorious natural beauty of Southern Oregon. The trip to town is quick and easy, providing many excellent restaurant options. But this home is perfectly equipped for private dining and enjoying Oregon wine on the back patio. The cottage is clean, comfortable, and relaxing. And the hosts are gracious and available. We highly recommend the Ashland Shakespeare Festival and the Aspen Cottage."
