  • Little gem tucked away in a cute neighborhood

"This place was a quite a surprise with the well appointed kitchen & washer & dryer. It was decorated so cute and convenient for visiting many local attractions, such as Grant's Pass, Crater Lake, Ashland, Jacksonville, Rogue river and more. It is upstairs, so keep that in mind if you have trouble with stairs. My only suggestion was to add a new mattress pad, since the one there is showing it's age. Communication was good and our deposit was refunded within a couple days. We would stay again!"

  • Highly Recommend!!!

"My husband and I had a great stay in this cozy cottage. We loved the location - an easy walk to town and theatres. The lovely owners, Melody and Jeff, live right next door, and immediately made us feel welcome, comfortable and at home. They provided many nice touches, such as fresh flowers and home grown produce. They bent over backwards to provide anything we might need. We are already planning a return stay next year. This is our new Ashland home!"

  • A quaint stay in Jacksonville

"We have stayed at Ida's Cottage many times and just loved it. It's always clean and welcoming! We consider it our "home away from home" when we are in JVille.... It is close to everything, and yet in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoy walking to Pony Espresso for a tasty cappuccino, Rays for those few items we didn't pack, downtown for shopping and eating out, and a stroll through Nunan Square to enjoy the beautifully landscaped homes. It is our perfect and happy place to be.... Deanna is so easy and pleasant to work with as well. We will enjoy coming back to Ida's for many years to come : )"

  • Spectacular Home!

"We can't say enough about this wonderful property! The house is enormous--so much space, and so many different places to gather. One night we sat out in the hot tub, looking at the stars. We had breakfast on the deck looking at the fabulous view across the valley, played games in the great room, read up on Shakespeare plays in the library, or sat and talked at the kitchen table. The house is so quiet, peaceful and light-filled. There are windows everywhere which makes it feel even more spacious, especially when you are looking out from the great room across the valley to the beautiful hills. From the balcony, we saw deer, rabbits and a flock of wild turkeys. You really feel like are out in the country; yet the house is only a 10 minute drive to downtown Ashland and the Oregon Shakespeare Festival. The house is stocked with everything you could need to enjoy your time there. There wasn't one thing that was missing--and there was plenty of information provided about things to do in the area, places to eat and plays to see. The beds are cozy, the place is spotless, the decor is delightful. Our one regret is that we didn't stay longer. Next time: 2 weeks!"
