  • Lovely lodge

"The stove/oven was dirty and difficult to get lit. Aside from that the place was great; it was over 100 degrees one day and we didn't need air! River was lovely, neighbors very pleasant. A very quiet spot. We would all sit in the chairs outside the house - very nice."

  • Mouna and the BnB were wonderful!

"First let's talk about what you NEED to know. 3 miles of steep switchback gravel road to get into the valley. But once you do, you are transported back in time. The barnhouse is a rural barn that was transformed into a 3 story house. Things are put together creatively, and the decor is eclectic. 7 people from 15-72 years old were comfortable the entire 5 nights. The kitchen was well stocked, and the entire house is impeccably clean. The area was so quiet and peaceful, with a family of deer gorging on the apples from the Apple tree. It takes about 36 mins. to get to the Ashland Shakespeare theaters, so if that's you're plan, plan accordingly. If you want a relaxed vacation this is the place!"

  • Cute, beautiful, and old-fashioned cabin

"We stayed there for four days and three nights during Thanksgiving. The cabin was very cozy and owners super friendly. We picked it because its dog friendly and we were having our chihuahua with us. They even prepared a little breakfast dish with various kinds of treats for our dog. The river behind the cabin was also handy for my boyfriend who's a big fishing fan. He could fish just sitting on the balcony. The heating mattress is completely amazing, especially in the end of November. The only thing I didn't like was the bed. It squeaks every time when you sit on it, get up, or turn. But all other things are perfect."

  • Lovely cabin in the woods

"A perfect cabin - the location is wonderful, up in the hills above Ashland. The interior of the cabin is stunning - all hand crafted furniture and fittings, and feels inviting and cozy. Luckily, the fall weather was warm and sunny, and so we spent plenty of time on the spacious deck in the canopy of the oak trees. Thanks so much Tom and Margaret!"
