  • Wonderful!

"My husband and I feel so fortunate to have found the Winery Lofts in Carlton. Check-in was easy, at the Ken Wright tasting room just across the street. Our unit (UNIT 6) was welcoming, comfortable and well-appointed. There was plenty of room for a longer stay and, even though we didn't prepare meals there, the kitchen was well-equipped. The kitchen was stocked with complimentary beverages (water, juice, etc) and snacks including a bag of Oregon hazelnuts and fresh fruit. The Umpqua oats that were provided were very much appreciated when we had an early morning departure. The building was quiet, felt safe and was easily accessed from a front and back entrance. We enjoyed visiting the wonderful wineries in the area, exploring the nearby town of McMinnville and hiking around the Trappist monastery. We would DEFINITELY want to stay there again, and hope to do so soon."

  • Fantastic cottage, quiet, private, clean

"Carole's little cottage is fabulous! The bed is very comfortable. Appears newly remodeled living space-craftsman style. Carole is there if needed but respects your privacy. Cute neighborhood with restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely stay again."

  • A Wonderful Vacation Home!

"This home was BEAUTIFUL! Nestled in a gorgeous neighborhood surrounded by trees, awash with personality! My family all enjoyed our vacation in this house. The host was accomodating; the house offered every thing that a family would need for a week's stay."

  • Like an old friend...

"This was our third stay here, the last being almost 4 years ago. We were very happy to return here, in fact once I knew when the Stand By Me 30th Anniversary event was, I booked almost a year in advance! The quaint, historic town is the site of the Linn County Pioneer Picnic and the setting for much of the movie Stand By Me. The people are quite friendly, you're only 30 minutes from Eugene, the river is a 2 minute walk away and there's plenty to do for such a small town, too. The loft is very spacious, and the kitchen/dining/family room are wonderful for cooking/eating/socializing together. The bedrooms are very comfortable as well. It has been updated since my last stay and all of the improvements are great! We only had 6 of us this time, but it can easily handle more. I highly recommend staying here if you're going to be in the Eugene or Albany area."
