  • Stayed in the wilderness, 10 minutes from town.

"The apartment was fantastic. This is a wonderfully built, nicely furnished apartment on the edge of the woods, yet it is only 10 minutes to town. Please don't tell anyone about it because it will then be booked up for the entire year and I won't be able to stay here again. This is my new top spot to stay in Portland."

  • A happy experience

"I enjoyed my stay in this apartment. I especially liked the view over the river from the front room & from the terrace. I spent a good deal of time on the terrace, enjoying meals & watching the boats on the river. (Friends who came to visit enjoyed the view, too!) Another attractive feature of the condo is that it is very conveniently located for those who like walking or jogging on the path along the waterfront (just steps away), & anyone who is reasonably fit can easily walk to downtown Portland. I found the apartment generally comfortable & conveniently outfitted, furnishing everything that one could reasonably expect - & more. The kitchen was well-appointed (which was important to me, as I had guests over for some meals), & there were ample supplies of all sorts - cleaning supplies, bathroom items, dishes, a variety of spices, even scotch tape. The bed was comfortable, too. Lisa, the owner, was wonderfully kind & patient & helpful at every stage. I am not young & this greatly contributed to my enjoying my stay."

  • Comfy condo in a great location

"This 1 bedroom Pearl District condo was a great choice for our weekend stay in Portland. The condo is small but comfortably appointed--it is better suited for a couple rather than 4 adults due to the lack of a sofa bed. However, a self-inflating air mattress is included which worked for our needs. The condo is in a convenient location within walking distance of the fun Saturday market, several yummy restaurants, and even the famed Voodoo Donuts. It is a short car/Uber/Max ride to many other locations downtown. Like several other reviews stated, it is located close to the Steel Bridge which is a busy route for the local Max as well as many larger (and noisier) freight trains. The noise was never very bothersome to us, but it may be a good idea to bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper. I really appreciated the included box fan and extra towels/linens! Overall, we had a great stay and enjoyed being right along the riverfront and close to everything we needed!"
