  • A Wonderful Vacation Home!

"This home was BEAUTIFUL! Nestled in a gorgeous neighborhood surrounded by trees, awash with personality! My family all enjoyed our vacation in this house. The host was accomodating; the house offered every thing that a family would need for a week's stay."

  • Great space!

"This house worked perfectly for our group....3 couples and 3 kids. My own family with the children shared the upstairs 2 bedrooms and bath, while the other two couples shared the downstairs two bedrooms and bath. We came to town to participate in a cycling event so we weren't at the house much during the day. The house is not overly large, but there was enough space for us to sit and play games or watch tv at night and enjoy a few meals together. Mardy is very welcoming and my kids especially loved playing with her dogs! The property is quiet and safe, clean and well maintained. We'd stay again!"

  • Cozy, comfortable and conveniently located to many interesting businesses.

"This is a CLEAN condo that is located in the Hawthorne neighborhood which features many shopping opportunities for necessities as well as splurges. A well- appointed and comfortable place to stay. The people-watching from the front window is an added feature. I intend to stay again in the near future if this condo is available. Love it!"

  • Great location and property

"This rental was the perfect location for our three weeks in Tualatin for a family wedding. The patio overlooks a gorgeous pond with so much wildlife. It's an oasis in a little city. The townhouse has many restaurants within a five minute walk or less, movie nights and concerts in the summer and wonderful walking/running trails outside the door the go along the Tualatin River. We are a family of five, so with three rooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms, we all had some privacy. The downstairs "den" is truly a bedroom with a super comfy pullout sofa that is actually a very nice memory foam bed with a tv. My only minor (not even complaint) is that there is no television in the living room. The den is intended for that but since we used it as a bedroom for our teenage son, we missed a place to gather and watch a movie as a family. We could really tell there was some TLC put into this rental as it felt like home quickly. All the beds were very comfortable. We got used to the frogs croaking at night and even weren't bothered by the train after a few days. It doesn't run on the weekends. The kitchen was fully stocked with lots of pots and pans. The little things we appreciated was toilet paper and paper towels, soap, etc already stocked. In closing, we will definitely return as we have so much family in SW Portland and this was a great place for our family from Arizona."
