  • Great spot for a Recharge

"We stayed four nights in this delightful cottage. The deck is right above the river with a lovely mix of sun, river, and forest....and two umbrellas for shade. gas fired bbq. Queen beds are good. Cottage is clean and functional. Wi-Fi is slow, but usable. Refrigerator is small...bring an ice chest if you have a lot of perishable food and drinks. Local market has good inventory of grocery and household supplies. Small window AC unit was adequate to control the heat. Parking for two vehicles. Jeanne, manager of overall operation, does an excellent job of seeing that needs are met and any issues addressed. We expect try this lovely spot in Winter as well as there is a wood burning fireplace. Come and have a great time!!"

  • Great apartment in a quiet neighborhood

"This was my first trip into the VRBO realm. As the apartment we had originally inquired about was booked, Thomas suggested that we would might be interested in this one. I'm so glad we were able to get this one. We arrived earlier than expected and Thomas was very accommodating in letting us get into the apartment early. The entry code we were given was incorrect, but Thomas got everything figured out very quickly. Once inside, we were very pleasantly surprised to find it nicer than expected. It was very clean, tastefully appointed and the kitchen was very well stocked with everything but the food. There was also a washer and dryer, which was very nice to have on hand. We did not rent a car and relied on mostly walking and a little bit of public transportation which turned out to be just fine. The apartment is located in the Hawthorne area on a quiet street close to food trucks which our teens and twenty-somethings took advantage of late at night. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone going to Portland. Thank you, Thomas!"

  • A True Home Away From Home!

"My husband and I spent several weeks in Portland, staying in this lovely house. Wendy was wonderful to deal with and she had thought of everything we might need to make our stay perfect. We chose this location to be within walking distance of our son's home and of the up-and-coming Woodstock area that has restaurants, grocery stores, and interesting shops. We highly recommend this location for a perfect stay."
