"photos are accurate per se but really don't do this place justice as an overall A experience pros--beautiful grounds, Bernie Sanders-sized HUGE quarters, probably near 900 square feet. Bathroom whirlpool is great after a half marathon. AC packs a punch with a easy to use remote. SPOTLESS throughout, with 8 skylights and lovely sofas and chairs. Looks professionally decorated and built, I think the on-site owner is a builder and it shows. Kuerig was a nice touch as were the turndown-like candies. cons--few and far between, but no place is perfect. Wifi was fair at best, but it did the trick most of the time. just slow and annoying with all the disconnects. but that's about it for negatives. PS--Their black lab Razberri is just wonderful, a four-legged doorman extraordinaire!!!"

  • Home was very inviting.

"I rented this home for relatives coming to Lancaster for a funeral. Everything was above par. The owner was more than gracious for allowing us to change from 3 nights to 2 nights. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding."

  • Coatesville property

"Well maintained property, would recommend informing renters of distance to stores, as well as the step up into the dinning area as everyone tripped up on that step. That is why we left the "watch your step sign" Thank you for the opportunity to stay in your home."

  • Wonderful country location

"Wonderful half of a farmhouse with a nice yard for running around. Surrounded by farms, we felt safe enough to let the small children enjoy being outside without the need to keep a close eye on them. (Not completely unsupervised, of course!) Large enough for a small family get together, and the secluded country location, midway between Lancaster and Downingtown, is convenient for those areas. Lena was a wonderful hostess. The house was nicely furnished with most of the things that we needed for the stay: kitchen, paper supplies, coffee, etc. The beds were comfortable. TV was modest. Combined kitchen / living / dining rooms. Available laundry. We will gladly stay here again, hopefully in warmer weather to enjoy more of the outdoors!"
