  • Amazing house!

"My family and I enjoyed this house. Its super spacious and feels just like home. we stayed labor day weekend enjoyed every minute of it. The house is near camel back water park and aguatopia which was great we didn't have to drive long distances. The house is exactly as it looks in the pictures and so much more. We would recommend this house to anyone and will definitely rent again in the near future."

  • Perfect! Finally found the house for us!

"After renting in the Poconos for the past several years we finally found a house that was perfect for two families. With nine people there's always need for space but also a place where everyone can hang out without feeling you're missing something. This place was perfect! It also gave you a sense of feeling home and not in a rental. The pictures don't really do justice. Perfect size rooms with two great areas for everyone to gather. The house was very clean and very well-maintained. We were lucky to read previous reviews about the refrigerator. It actually was fine for what we needed. We did however bring a few coolers for beverages. We placed them downstairs for easy access. We had a blast at the lake, playing volleyball, wiffle ball, and horse shoes. Some took hikes while others went golfing or to the outlets. We found new places to eat and visited some old favorites. This could easy be the best vacation we've had and there wasn't a complaint from anyone. Paul was great to work with; we didn't have many conversations because we didn't need to. I would absolutely recommend this property to friends and family."

  • Great Vacation!

"House was great, room for everyone and close to everything. The Lake Naomi area is fantastic, the lakes and pools amazing. Could not have asked for a better location. The house was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a great vacation. This is the first time that all 4 of our kids asked if we could do this again next year!!!!"

  • Enjoyed our long weekend

"We were looking for a Memorial Day weekend get away with fun nearby. This house totally met our needs. The kitchen is well equipped top to bottom--but if you're going to cook, just make sure to bring your own spices, etc. There is a grocery store nearby if needed. We enjoyed the evenings out on the screened in porch, with the deer eating in the backyard. We enjoyed breakfasts on the front part of deck. FYI--the rental agreement clearly states to bring your own towels--that includes a bath mat. We just didn't even think to bring the bath mat, and used an extra towel instead. I'd also recommend taking wipes or something, we used them wipe off the outdoor furniture because it's covered in pollen this time of year. Nothing can help that, wipe them off unless you want a green butt. One drawback, for us, to this house was the development itself. It's not pedestrian or biking friendly. There are no sidewalks or walking paths. We found one walking path around one of the ponds. It's a beautiful setting to walk around in, but it's not walking friendly as many of the drivers seemed to disregard speed limits, passing slower cars, etc. The pools looked nice but we just chose not to use them. There were several people fishing at the one pond one evening that gets stocked with some fish, according to a local we met. It's very close to Bushkill Falls, which was crowded but a nice hike. We also did a few things in the Delaware Water Gap, which was crazy busy. We tried two times to get in to the one visitor's center, and the road was closed because there was no room to park there. So we explored on our own. One cool place to visit in nice weather is the Marie Zimmerman Farm House, it's back a dirt road. There wasn't anyone there and we explored the property, took lots of pictures. We didn't try any of the local restaurants, except to grab a deli sandwich from The Roost. But there did seem to be quite a few options in the area."
