  • A Great Winter Getaway !

"Our stay was everything I could have hoped for, and more! Anna, the owner of the home, and Whitney, the caretaker of the home were both very informative and responsive, which I greatly appreciated. The home itself is beautiful, well kept, and overall fantastic. I will definitely be staying here again!"

  • Clean beautyful setting

"We have been going too PA & The Poconos area since 1987 this is one of the best homes we have ever stayed in. Clean great views very relaxing stays. Owners are very professional and easy to work with. Community and area has everything a family would want on a vacation. The only problem was we did not stay long enough we were only there from 12/26-29 could have used some more time."

  • beautiful condo, wonderful stay!

"We spent a wedding weekend for my son at this beautiful condo. The condo was used for fun pictures of the groomsman getting dressed and then they got the boot and the bride and her bridesmaids came in as well. I will send a few along to the owners, as i have seen a couple of peek previews from the photographer, and they are stunning! One might be a nice addition for their vrbo/homeaway website. The patio has an amazing view and the condo is beautifully decorated and clean. We did very little cooking there but the kitchen was well equipped. There was plenty of room for my husband, myself, my mother and daughter to sleep and get ready even with the groomsmen floating around. There was a mix up with the booking, but the owners informed me immediately, and took great measures to assure it was fixed. It all worked out and could not have been better! The resort itself is overpriced if you ask me, ( cost of hosting a dinner party in the chefs garden) but was amazing and beautiful and the food was pretty good too! (farm to table). We ordered trays of sandwiches and salads from Georges inn, a couple miles down the road, for the guys to eat while getting dressed. they were very good and reasonable. I would love to return in the fall because the view would simply be breath taking. Don't hestitate, stay here, you'll not be disappointed! Thank you for sharing your condo with me!"

  • Perfect Weekend with Family!

"We arrived here July 2, 2016 to spend the 4th of July weekend with my family and fiance. I have to admit, my parents had many questions before booking and arrival that Harris answered promptly. Upon arrival, he greeted us to give us a tour of the place. The place was BEAUTIFUL! The creek is just a few steps away and we woke up to the sound of the waters each morning. The huge deck on the second floor that wraps around the entire second floor provided all 8 of us plenty of space. My grandma and parents enjoyed sitting by the fire pit in the early hours of the morning before heading out to sight seeing to near by Bushkill falls. Harris also provided us with four fishing rods and tubes for the creek. The water seemed shallow to go tubing and we tried fishing but with no luck - but being from NYC we don't have much patience. It's not a 5 star hotel, but it definitely has it's amenities that make it very homey. It was a home away from home. Also, I did not know there was a hammock but we did enjoy an hour or two enjoying the view and relaxing on it. We definitely over packed, so a word of advice, all pots and pans and silverware are provided as well as paper goods; even basic cooking ingredients. You literally have to just bring your food, drinks, clothes, towels and personal hygiene products. My first time on VRBO but I am so happy we chose this place. One of the nights it was very loud with constant fire works nearby but that is understandable since it was a holiday weekend. If situation allows, I would love to visit again, either with family or with friends. He provided us with more than enough paper goods and firewood, as well as live bait for fishing. We had the fire going in the pit most of the time throughout our stay, except when we went to bed. He has a few rules, but nothing too strict, things that make sense and would follow in your own home. I would recommend and stay over and over again! Thank you again Harris for your hospitality."
