  • Very best in Seven Springs

"My 25 year old son and I enjoyed a fantastic Father's Day weekend playing golf and catching up at the Seven Springs resort. This mountain top town home played a huge role in creating a first class, unforgettable environment for our time together - clean and perfectly maintained from the kitchen, bedrooms, great room and the outdoor deck including the amazing view. This home exceeded our expectations. Diane was fantastic to work with from initial contact through arrival. We look forward to our next visit."

  • Great time at a fantastic resort!

"Barbara made sure we were fully prepared for everything the property had to offer, so not a minute was wasted. The unit is spotless, well appointed, and beautifully located. Already planning a return trip!"

  • Great Place to Gather Extended Family!

"This condo was a great place for the Midwest branch of our family to meet up with the East Coasters. It is close to major highways that made it fast and easy to access from all directions and to get about to places of interest. The fall scenery was gorgeous and the area offered a nice opportunity to take a walk and enjoy the day. We especially liked that the bedrooms were all on separate floors from the living room and kitchen, which made it possible for early risers to not disturb others. The kitchen was well equipped and we especially appreciated that the dining table easily accommodated our group of 10 with room to spare. The living area was roomy, with plenty of seating. We enjoyed the fireplace and the game table worked well as a place to work a jigsaw puzzle. Although the carpets were lightly spotted in places, everything was very clean and we felt comfortable allowing our granddaughter to crawl around the floor. One family member repeatedly commented on how sparkling the windows were. We had seen earlier reviews talking about limited supply of towels and linens, but this problem has been resolved, there was an ample supply of extra sheets, pillows, blankets, and towels. The downstairs was cold, but that was easily remedied using the baseboard heaters. A space heater was also available if needed. Mr. Zorn was easy to work with and responded quickly. We wouldn't hesitate to book here again."

  • Perfect place for a relaxing getaway!

"This house was absolutely perfect for our group of 12 to relax, unwind, and socialize. The layout with the house works well for groups, with an open dining/kitchen/living room area on the main floor and an additional family room downstairs. When some folks wanted to stay up later, they could go downstairs where the sound was isolated from most of the bedrooms. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to cook all meals. There was also a second kitchen downstairs that we did not use, but the second refrigerator came in handy! The house is about a mile from the Laurel Highlands hiking trail, as the owner informed us, which turned out to be one of the most beautiful trails I've ever seen. When we got home from a rainy day of hiking, it was perfect to be able to throw our muddy and wet clothes in the wash and relax by the living room fireplace. We found everything to be incredibly clean and well-maintained, and the owner was available to answer all of our questions and explain the rather complex sound/TV system. Perhaps the only negative was that the internet was somewhat slow or spotty, but my argument was that we were here to relax and enjoy nature anyhow, so maybe that is actually a benefit. The hot tub and porch were perfect places to gather, and it was nice that there were both covered and uncovered areas of the porch so it could really be used in all weather. I would absolutely recommend staying here, and in fact we are considering booking again for next year's reunion."
