  • Secluded Nature Paradise

"My boyfriend and I had a great time at this secluded house. It took just a few minutes to drive to the trail in Ohio Pyle, and that cannot be beat! The house includes everything you need for your stay (other than food, duh). The host stops by to make sure you have everything you need, they even left a pre built fire for us. The only issue we ran into was finding the house because gps will tell you it is located further down the road than it actually is. The sign is pretty hard to see, especially at night. If you have trouble finding it, just look for a green 800 sign on a wooden pole located at the end of the driveway a little bit after you pass Presley ridge. Overall this is the best place to stay around Ohio Pyle. I highly recommend!"

  • Fantastic property, great host

"The lodge was beautiful, in very good shape, with everything that we needed. Even in the winter, it the heating and hot water worked well. Dave was a great host and was very helpful in providing information for everything in the lodge and also stopped by to shovel the driveway."

  • Fun in the Laurel Highlands

"Location of this condo was excellent for exploring the Laurel Highlands region of SW Pennsylvania. We toured Fallingwater, went whitewater rafting, visited the Flight 93 memorial and spent a day in Pittsburgh. The golf course at Hidden valley was in great shape and a fun layout. The condo was as advertised. It was very clean. Plenty of space for our family of 5 (3 teen-aged kids). The kitchen had enough equipment for all of our needs. A couple of things kept this from being a 5 star review - Air conditioning is only from a window unit and it had a hard time keeping the condo cool with the relatively hot weather during our stay. Opening windows in the evening allowed for some breeze, but it was still pretty hot. The only other concern was that the mattresses and linens could stand to be upgraded. Overall, a nice place and a good deal. We would stay here again if we visited the area."

  • Beautiful Place for a Holiday Weekend Getaway!!!

"My wife and I were looking for a last minute getaway for the holiday weekend and wanted to include our 2 Chocolate Labs. We contacted Holly and John, on very short notice, and they were quick to respond and a pleasure to deal with. Their place is well depicted in their pictures, very nice and clean and the furniture and bedding were extremely comfortable. We felt like their place was perfect for us as it felt like we were at home. The location is perfect, as well, very close to everything! The unit is well suited for dogs as it backs up to a grassy as well as wooded area. Also, if you don't have pets, don't worry as the home showed no signs of being pet friendly in terms of wear or tear, etc. So book your getaway soon and stay here, you will love it!! Eric and Shannon (and our Labs Hana and Kieli)"
