  • Quiet and Clean home! What a view!!!!

"We booked this home with a group of 9 girls for a bachelorette party! The house was extremely clean, set up with little details to make our stay more enjoyable. The landlord was always in communication and made the process of renting this place very easy and professional. We had a blast. The house is in a great location, close to beaches, restaurants and Newport, where we spent an evening of fun! I hope I have a chance to rent this place again, it would be great to take my family here and spend a relaxing week at a comfortable, clean and spacious home! We cannot thank you enough!!!!"

  • Amazing!!

"I cannot even begin to tell you how happy my husband & I were with not only the cottage, but the overall experience. Steve's mom Gerry lives next door, and she the kindest most accommodating person we've ever met! The sunset from the porch is breath taking. We went clam digging, kayaking, swimming, and just plain relaxed. The cottage is decorated so tastefully! I cannot say enough nice things. We will absolutely be back! Thank you Steve and Gerry! This place is a Gem! Liz & Julius Bogner ❤"

  • Great multi-generational family vacation retreat

"My family of two daughters, sons in law and my grandsons enjoyed a very special week at Kismet. The house is beautifully appointed, with areas we could all be together comfortably (kitchen, living room, spacious deck, pool area) and other semi-private areas where you could visit in smaller groups. The grounds are beautiful, from the koi pond with blooming lotus and a small waterfall, the pool and large yard with full growth trees. Jamestown is a charming, quieter island alternative to Newport and Narragansett with lovely restaurants, great cycling, kayaking, walking trails, fresh fish and vegetables, and lovely views everywhere. We would love to return next summer."

  • Lovely area!

"This is a great property - well appointed and very secure. It's located in a lovely neighborhood - Wayland Square - with a CVS around the corner, a Starbucks across the street and several shops and restaurants just steps away. If you like to walk, Brown University is very close, RISD is right down the street and then downtown just a few blocks more - all about a two mile walk. Be sure to visit McBride's Pub - the live music is great."
