  • Beautiful Home! Perfect Location!

"Stayed in Kristine's home recently with a group of 12 friends for a wedding near by. The house was perfectly maintained and the pictures do not do the space justice. We had plenty of room to sleep across 5 bedrooms and common areas to spend time together. The house is BEAUTIFUL! The house is walking distance to many of Newport's best spots which made our stay more enjoyable. Kristine was honest, available, and more importantly reliable. I can not say enough nice things about the owner and the property! We will be back!"

  • Gorgeous home and area

"We had a lovely family vacation at this beautiful Green Hill Beach home. The home is bright, airy and lovingly decorated. The area is gorgeous with a small beach down the road and beach parking passes for the larger South Kingstown beach...both lovely. The porch was a delight for reading, having drinks at the end of the day and just talking. we were six adults and there was room and privacy for everyone. The owners were on hand to great us and were wonderful. Highest rating!"

  • Highly recommend this property

"We recently stayed here for a week in July and highly recommend this property. We were seven adults and two children and there was plenty of room for all of us, with several comfortable living areas. The property was well stocked with paper goods, towels, linens, baby supplies, bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas, and just about anything you could think of. East Beach was a short drive away, with no public parking available, which is actually an advantage because not many people go there. Our routine was to drop everyone including chairs, umbrellas, etc. off at the beach, drive back to leave the car at the house, and one of us would take a bike back to the beach. An alternative is Misquamicut Beach, which is nearby and has plenty of public parking. Window fans were provided in all the bedrooms, which were sufficient even though it was a hot week. Only the master bedroom has a window AC unit. The home has been meticulously maintained and cleaned. The large backyard is great for anyone with little kids, and the huge screened in porch was the go-to place for everyone in the evening. The owners are easy to reach, and they responded quickly by email to questions we had during our stay. Overall, a very satisfying vacation, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again."
