  • Everything you could want.

"This property is a perfect home to host a family gathering. The kitchen is well stocked, with the chefs in the family cooking most meals We did not lack for any equipment that we needed. Grilling at the outdoor BBQ was especial fun with the sitting areas around it and the refrigeration to keep the beverages cold. The seating for dinners could be inside or out with seating for all eight of us at nice big tables (no crowding in to fit). With the layout there is plenty of places for the two year old to play and quiet areas for two month old to relax. The family room is situated away from the main sleeping area so that the evening billiard competition didn't disturb anyone's beauty sleep. The outside area is a dream. The pool with all the towel and pool toys is perfect. The umbrellas make it convenient to read or nap in the shade, not missing any pool fun. The lawn is perfect for Bocce competition, playing catch with your dad or sitting on the patio watching the fun unfold. Outdoors ping pong and foosball competitions entertain the adults for hours. The fireplace area is a great place to relax and share the day. The master bedroom is just that, a hugh bedroom with a great bath and walk-in closet. The other upstairs bedroom have great dressers and big closets so you are not tripping over all the stuff you brought. The bathrooms are well stocked with towels, soaps and shampoos. Working with Robin was a dream, I had a thousand and one questions and she was always quick and thorough with her responses, maps included. The home is close to The Roch for groceries and fresh fruit and vegetables, pharmacies for those things you forgot to pack, and Brickley's Ice Cream for an afternoon treat. This was a perfect home to celebrate retiring from a career after 38 years and new additions for the family."

  • This was a great house really close to the beach

"This house had it all. Comfy furniture, TVs in every room, a picnic table out back and a front porch for lounging and morning coffee. My daughter, her husband, me and my hubby as well as our granddoggie all had a wonderful time here."

  • Wonderful New England Family Vacation by the beach!

"We had a wonderful time staying at this cozy beach area home. Our family of six enjoyed this beautiful area of New England. Beth the owner was wonderful with her suggestions for things to do and places to eat close to home and a little further out. We took trips to Boston (90 minutes) and Newport (15-20 minutes) and also spent time just hanging out locally at Kelly Beach. Narragansett is also a fun beach town. We wish we could have stayed longer to explore the area even more!"

  • Great Spot!

"Our family has been coming to Narragansett each summer for over a decade. Each year we have stayed at a different house. Until now! This house is clean and the location is tough to beat. Owner is very responsive and obviously cares for the property. Property offers privacy and has a huge grassed area in the backyard overlooking Scarborough. Kids used adjacent overflow parking lot for Scarborough to ride bikes and scooters. Lot was empty 95% of our stay. We really enjoyed our stay."
