  • Watch Hill Dream

"We were in town from the wast coast for a wedding in Stonington, CT and we absolutely loved this Watch Hill home. From the moment we walked in the door, we felt at home. Our kids loved the huge backyard with the swing set and lots of outdoor toys. Our travel party included four adults and two small children and there was plenty of space for all of us. The home is well stocked with all one may need, including a very well stocked kitchen (pots, pans, casseroles, blender, waffle iron, toaster) and an outdoor grill. There's even a blow dryer and lots of beach supplies (chairs, coolers, carts, umbrellas) The screened in porch and front porch were perfect for enjoying the mornings and evenings. Beaches and lots of other points of interest are nearby. Quiet street. Lots of parking. Owners are extremely easy to deal with, even with us being in a different time zone. Extremely clean. Window fans provided for each bedroom. Lots of towels and linens. The home owners instructions and recommendations were easy to understand and on point. We have used VRBO many times and this was one of our easiest and best experiences from inquiry to departure. Highly, highly recommended."

  • Anne & Mark S

"We've been renting in the Westerly area for several years and this has been our best find. Looking out from the kitchen onto the pond is so relaxing and peaceful. Kayaking around the little islands was serene and private. The yard is huge and flat with some beautiful trees. The house is hidden from the road, and the neighbors are far enough away that you feel you are the only people in the area. The house is full of charm and the owner very kindly provides all linens. The beds are comfortable, the AC works great, and the kitchen is well provisioned and welcoming. We will definitely return."

  • Beautiful, Peaceful Home Away From Home

"We had a fantastic time and miss being here so much. The owner and property managers were so thoughtful and took such good care of us during our extended stay. This place is a perfect retreat for anyone looking to enjoy quick access to the best of Rhode Island from an intimate, private location. My wife and I and our two baby girls enjoyed strolls around the neighborhood, when we'd always see and hear the birds from nearby Norman Bird Sanctuary. We'd often see bluejays and cardinals - what a treat! The house faces east, so you can see the sunrise over the beautiful property across the street and the gorgeous sunset from the magnificent backyard. Inside, the house is extremely comfortable. There's plenty of seating in the dining room, as well as a bit more seating in an eat-in kitchen. We'd often have friends and family visit from nearby and we had fantastic times in all the space the house has to offer. The neighbors were always warm and friendly. Inside the house the owner had great leads on local hotspots in the form of a tall mural listing spots his family would enjoy. Whenever we wondered what to do around town, we'd often check that mural for inspiration. Nearby, we'd often grab ice cream from Frosty Freez or take the girls to Sweet Berry Farms and a very toddler friendly Howland Park. Third Beach is super close, and Downtown Newport is a quick drive or even better: quick uber. We really loved it here and made some very precious memories. We can't wait to return."

  • Wonderful house

"My family loved staying here for our Newport vacation. The house is beautiful, well-maintained, and had all we needed and more. Each bedroom is lovely and comfortable. The living/dining area is bright and spacious. The kitchen has all you need for cooking. The house is on a quiet, pretty street and has a cute backyard with a table and a grill. The location is amazing - just a short drive to everything, including beaches, Newport Mansions, Cliff Walk, shopping, and restaurants. The owner left a binder full of suggestions and tips for the house and for the area, which was extremely helpful. We would definitely love to go back and highly recommend it!"
