  • Great Home...Great Vacation!

"We have rented homes in the Point Judith area before, but this home was the nicest. We had family members ages 2 to 70 and the home accommodated everyone's needs. For the kids, the backyard swings and the play room were wonderful. They spent many happy hours in both. The home was very clean and well equipped. It is located in a very quiet sub division; we were close to everywhere we wanted to travel. This home has three levels. The downstairs walkout was perfect for the kids and the third floor provided both privacy and quiet sleeping for the adults. Eating is divided into two spaces, the kitchen and the dining room. We opted to use the kitchen table and the table on the deck for our meals. That put everyone in close proximity of each other. Eric was very helpful and willing to meet our needs. We were happy not to have to bring linens and towels as these were provided. We could, however, have used some beach towels. This is a beautiful home with lots of space in a great location. We would rent it again."

  • Great home, close to the beach

"We had a great time, the home is only about 3 blocks from the beach, straight down Sakonnett, the beach entrance takes you in north of the public beach and that's where we always ended up, (less crowded). The home was clean and we appreciated having all the bedrooms, the washer/dryer, internet, gas grill and especially the beach umbrella and chairs. Karen was there to accept the rented linens and towels. We ate out a couple times but also went to Aunt Carries and a couple other restaurants. We had great seafood purchase at the fish market in Galilee. Thanks for allowing us to have a wonderful time."

  • The best rental experience you could ask for!

"We have been renting in Breakwater Village for eight years and this was our fourth different rental property to date ... and it was by far our favorite. This beautifully decorated cottage is open and exceptionally clean, making it easy to "live" in for a week with kids, etc. The layout and where/how things in the cottage are stored also help to make it easy to live in, as well as easy to keep clean and organized. And the amenities (AC, fans, kitchen supplies, TV, outdoor shower) are a wonderful added bonus. The porch is also very spacious, with plenty of room to eat, relax, and stash roller blades and other small outdoor items. The owner is exceptionally thoughtful and professional. He is organized, timely, and considerate, even following up with us when we left an item at the cottage after checking out. Overall, an exceptionally beautiful cottage in a beautiful beach community. Can't say enough about this property!"
