  • Beautiful!

"This house is so awesome I keep coming back. It has everything you could possibly need, and it's spotlessly clean. The layout is beautiful, the kitchen is well stocked, the central air is comfortable, the deck is delightful, and the beach passes are an added plus. The house is situated on a dead end street and at night it is very quiet and peaceful. It's close to everything, beaches, restaurants, parks, shops and more. Susan is accommodating and personable, and very knowledgeable of this area. She goes out of her way to make sure you have the best stay possible. If this is what you are looking for in a vacation rental, then this is the place to be. Thank you Susan!!!!"

  • Summer Bliss

"Our family just completed another great week of vacation at High Point. This unique property is situated to provide 340 degree water views while still affording privacy. There are two patios/decks that let you enjoy the sunshine as you dine or sit and relax while watching the boats pass by. The property is well maintained with lovely flower gardens everywhere you look. It is a cozy and inviting place to vacation. Lots of kitchen supplies and a gas grill for the cook. East Matunuck beach is literally minutes away, but we recommend you take an extra 15 minutes to visit East Beach which is less crowded but equally beautiful. Get there early as parking is limited. Don't miss the Matunuck Oyster bar for great seafood. The Block Island Ferry is close by for an easy day trip. We look forward to visiting High Point again soon."

  • Great location, great house

"Stayed here for 2 nights for a guys weekend away. The location of this log cabin is perfect. Quiet association, yet close enough to Newport (20-25 minutes) and area restaurants. I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking to get away and relax. Excellent yard space as well as all the amenities needed for a good time outside (kayaks, canoes, fishing poles, etc.) Residence is right on the lake. Nice outdoor fireplace and grilling area too. The homeowners were very accommodating and helpful in planning our stay."

  • Everything you could want.

"This property is a perfect home to host a family gathering. The kitchen is well stocked, with the chefs in the family cooking most meals We did not lack for any equipment that we needed. Grilling at the outdoor BBQ was especial fun with the sitting areas around it and the refrigeration to keep the beverages cold. The seating for dinners could be inside or out with seating for all eight of us at nice big tables (no crowding in to fit). With the layout there is plenty of places for the two year old to play and quiet areas for two month old to relax. The family room is situated away from the main sleeping area so that the evening billiard competition didn't disturb anyone's beauty sleep. The outside area is a dream. The pool with all the towel and pool toys is perfect. The umbrellas make it convenient to read or nap in the shade, not missing any pool fun. The lawn is perfect for Bocce competition, playing catch with your dad or sitting on the patio watching the fun unfold. Outdoors ping pong and foosball competitions entertain the adults for hours. The fireplace area is a great place to relax and share the day. The master bedroom is just that, a hugh bedroom with a great bath and walk-in closet. The other upstairs bedroom have great dressers and big closets so you are not tripping over all the stuff you brought. The bathrooms are well stocked with towels, soaps and shampoos. Working with Robin was a dream, I had a thousand and one questions and she was always quick and thorough with her responses, maps included. The home is close to The Roch for groceries and fresh fruit and vegetables, pharmacies for those things you forgot to pack, and Brickley's Ice Cream for an afternoon treat. This was a perfect home to celebrate retiring from a career after 38 years and new additions for the family."
