  • Great Home! We Will Rent Again!

"My family has been renting homes in Narragansett for the past 20 years and we have only stayed at one other home multiple times but we are hoping this will be the one for us for years to come! Great home with very nice owners. Lori has always responded to my emails within an hour or so. Spent many hours sitting on their multi-tiered decks enjoying the fantastic weather. This home is very sunny and spacious and has many amenities. Looking forward to making more memories here for years to come! Thanks Lori & Fran!"

  • Beautiful Beach House

"Our family had a wonderful vacation week at #74 Seaside! The kitchen and baths were very nice. All three beautiful bedrooms had comfortable mattresses which was important to all six of my family members. The master bedroom is very large with a walk-in closet. The open floor plan made the home feel roomy! We loved the outdoor shower (it was a big hit with my two year old grandson). With this home being only a few years old, everything is new and modern throughout. The double car garage was great for storing our bicycles and beach equipment. We enjoyed the outdoor patio area and private yard. We met the renters of #76 when we arrived but we never heard or saw them because of the great layout of the house and yard. The location is perfect for walking to Scarborough Beach and a short drive to other area beaches and restaurants. There were plenty of beach towels, beach toys and a beach buggy provided. It was nice to meet the owner Sue when we were packing up. She has a beautiful rental home that she should be proud of!"

  • clean, relaxing, welcoming Beach Bungalow

"This was out 2nd stay, but 1st with Tim and Bev as hosts. Tim checked in with us before, during and after stay to ensure that our every need was met. Cottage is fully updated....cleaner than my house! Air conditioners in the bedrooms were much appreciated, we slept well every night. Panoramic views of the beach, channel (ferry boats, sailing and fishing vessels), cliffs covered with beach roses, and wonderful sunsets. Walked to the lighthouse every morning and enjoyed walking to the fisherman's memorial as well. God blessed us with wonderful weather. We know that there is a lot to do in the area, but we totally enjoyed a relaxing week of doing "a lot of nothing". With the cottage, the beach, the cliffside benches, the lighthouse, fisherman's memorial, and a few good books, we had all we needed to do just that. There were also numerous establishments who (for a small fee) were glad to supply us with dinner, enjoying their view or ours! We would highly recommend this wonderful cottage at Breakwater Village."

  • Great place to vacation

"What a great house for 2 families, spent the week here with 7 kids and 4 adults. All positive feedback from all of us . So great to have linens supplied. We chose to have the cleaning service for an xtra fee. Will be back. If anything another table out on beautiful deck would be nice. Thanks for a great vacation. We walked to the beach most days , on others one would drop us all off and jog back. worked out perfect."
