  • Fantastic Family Vacation

"Four generations of our family (ages 9 months to 86 years old) got together and rented this house to spend a week 'at the beach' in Narragansett in July. The only problem was that we quickly realized that we had everything we needed for a perfect family vacation right there at the house and we didn't spend one day on the beach! We were all happy to hang out at the pool and lounge, swim or just relax on a float. The outdoor kitchen was amazing and allowed us to cook out for many of our meals in style. We also ate all of our meals, including breakfast, outside on the patio to take advantage of the gorgeous back yard. We did eventually venture out to dinner at some local seafood 'crab shacks that we thoroughly enjoyed...Monahans, Champlins and Aunt Carrie's (best fish and chips). The house itself was open and roomy and the family room is perfectly situated away from the rest of the house so as not to bother the sleeping kids when we had lively games of pool or when we were playing cards. Robin is super easy to work with and communication is timely and very friendly. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a great relaxing family vacation and we hope to return sometime in the future."

  • Very comfortable and well equiped cottage

"We were in RI for my daughter's college graduation for the weekend and this was an ideal location. It offered all of the amenities of home instead of staying in a hotel. The cottage was very clean and the kitchen appeared to have everything you needed for cooking meals or entertaining. The upstairs bedroom was very spacious and an enjoyable room to relax in. The front porch and back deck were a nice addition in having outdoor space. The notebook of instructions and local information was very helpful and complete. We have rented summer cottages in NJ for over 30 years and this was by far one of the better summer houses we have rented. A special bonus is having bed and bath linens provided, that is a luxury of not having to provide your own! We're unfamiliar with RI beaches so I can't comment on them or their proximity."

  • wonderful!

"The photos that were up on the listing don't fully capture the charm of this house. it is a quaint but spacious 1950's house with just the right blend of privacy and views. It is sorrounded by bold modern mansions designed to capture the look of classic New England cottages. They pale in comparison to the actual down to earth charm this place has. The beach is a bit rugged but is an endless font of shell collecting, wandering and musing. The place was a bit musty here and there but has an incredible vent system in place to air it and it wasn't a problem. There is a nice combo of shade and sun here for all tastes. loved every minute of it and it was hard to leave."

  • Perfect location!

"We loved our stay. We had 9 girls reuniting and it was plenty of room that we didn't feel crammed. The backyard fireplace was great, steps to the beach and cliff walk for sight seeing! This was the perfect location. Walkable to downtown and shopping! Kara kept an open line communication for any of my needs. Thanks!"
