  • Great Escape from it all!

"We loved the time we spent at Bayberry. The house is perfect if you have a large family and all the comforts of home. Kelly beach is beautiful and clean, and just s short walk from the house. We will definitely keep this in mind for the future. The Padilla Family."

  • This is a terrific property with terrific owners.

"Our family gathered at Todd & Monica's place for 3 weeks this past summer (2016) and the house was great. The location is a good balance between closeness to 1st, 2nd and 3rd beaches, ease of getting downtown, and the quiet of a residential neighborhood. The house was immaculate on our arrival. Although the kitchen is compact, there is probably no utensil or cookware that any chef would want that wasn't there. In general, the house was incredibly well equipped. Plenty of towels. Not only were there a variety of beach toys, chairs, wagons, etc. waiting for us in the garage, but also lawn games. When I had a few questions about where to find or how to operate something, Todd or Monica got back to me almost instantly and solved my problem. With 2 seniors and 2 pre-schoolers, we always drove the 3 minutes to the beach. Really is lots of parking, but back yard sitting area too. Outdoor shower a big plus. The deck off the kitchen was a favorite spot for meals under the umbrella. "In law suite" on lower level is spacious, with TV, full bath, microwave, even an air-hockey table which got extensive use. My only hesitation about giving this good a review is that it might make it harder for us to book this house again next summer."

  • Over the top... Fantabulous

"This cottage far exceeded my expectations. Rosie by the bay offers more amenities than one could think of; bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach wagon, yard hammocks, magazines, washer/dryer, board games and many more. If you are looking for an environmentally friendly cottage; look no further. Organic foods and cleaning products, recycling, compost and herb gardens. Let's not forget that the cottage is a 3 minute walk to Oakland Beach, Iggy's and the marina. The cottage porch offers the most spectacular view of the sunsets. Upon our arrival we were greeted with a spotless cottage, fresh flowers, drinks and a welcome letter from Ken and Linda. Our family refers to Linda as our fairy godmother. Each time we realized that we forgot something, Q-tips, makeup wipes, sandwich bags, hot sauce, cereal, etc. there it was; compliments of Linda the fairy godmother. Any questions I had were addressed immediately. Although I don't wish my life away, I cannot wait until August 2017 to return to this cottage. I can't thank Ken and Linda enough for their hospitality."

  • Comfy, cozy and charming period home.

"We had a memorable stay in this beautifully presented antique home. Everything we needed and everything in its place -- even milk, juice and coffee provided for our first morning! The nicely furnished upstairs bedroom is reached by a twisting old staircase and is open and airy. Memory foam on the bed made for an excellent night's sleep. Ensuite bathroom is supplied with very nice soaps, lotions and shampoos and thick towels. Downstairs living area is comfortable with overstuffed couch and chairs, table/chairs and lots of windows looking out at the lovely water view. Kitchen is small but fully equipped and a pleasure to use. The outdoor area was a highlight -- plenty of comfortable seating and lots of green lawn alongside a tidal pond full of fish and fishing birds, very exciting to watch. To top it all off, the main village area of Wickford is just one block away. So much fun to be able to just walk to everything -- town dock, restaurants, shops, kayaking, and the quaint antique houses in the historic district. We will definitely book again."
