  • The Happy Pelican is our new first choice for our beach vacations!

"This was the perfect vacation home for our family! Loved being on the canal and taking out floats and kayaks from the home's dock! And even when you came back from the very short stroll to the beach, you could still look out on water! So relaxing! The home was immaculate, and Frank and Wendy have it stocked with more than you would have thought, from games, DVD's and books, to a blender, high chair, bikes, and every kitchen item you can think of! It is furnished beautifully and is so spacious! Frank is a great communicator and extremely responsive to every question. The Happy Pelican is our new first choice for a beach vacation!"

  • The Hale Mana Kai was excellent!

"We rented the Hale Mana Kai for an extended family vacation. We had nine people in total including 8 adults and 1 child. Two of the adults were seniors. The rooms and property were excellent. We enjoyed the kitchen and lanai area very much. Each bedroom had its own ensuite bathroom and there were two more bathrooms AND an outdoor shower that we took full use of. The breeze that constantly blew through the home from the ocean was a welcomed relief from the warm temperatures and humidity. Air Conditioning is a steep extra fee, and we chose not to purchase it. The breeze was perfect. Allen was great and very helpful when we arrived and help get us situated. The property was very well maintained. The property is within walking distance to the Grand Hyatt and Shipwreck Beach (not good for swimming). We would definitely rent this property again. It was very low key and relaxing. We frequented a few restaurants in town. We also went to the fish market to get a slab of Ono and Opa to grill on the BBQ. Big Save market in Koloa was a good little grocery store."

  • Princeville Pool House

"We have stayed at the Princeville Pool House for Four vacations over the last four years, it is the perfect spot for a small group or a couple. The only time we do not request the pool house stay is when we are with a larger group. They are great people and are very attentive to your needs if any during your stay. Mahalo to them for sharing their home!"

  • A part of Cincinnati I did not know

"I was born and raised in Cincinnati, but I knew very little about the Columbia-Tusculum neighborhood. This historic house is located in the middle of this area, only about a mile from Mount Lookout Square. Hyde Oark is close as is downtown Cincinnati. One of cincinnati's great spots - Alms Park - is just a few minutes walk from the house. Enjoy the unique and colorful architecture of this fun area. We enjoyed the house with its interesting floor plan and comfortable settings, balconies (porches). Owner is very friendly and helpful. Parking behind the house is off the street. When we are in the area again, we would certainly stay in this property again."
