  • Beautiful loft in the heart of Newport!

"The loft was immaculate. The furnishings and decor were beautiful. Parking was convenient: right across the street. We were walking distance to restaurants and shopping. People watching from Windows, full kitchen, plenty of towels, all linens provided, beach chairs provided. Overall, a great value. Perfect for a family or a ladies' weekend. The property manager was always accessible by phone and within the area if needed. We would definitely rent again!"

  • Awesome!

"This house was perfect for us. We were there for a family reunion and we needed three bedrooms, and we got them, plus ample leisuretime space in the living room and dining area. We even used the grill on the porch once for the one non-lobster eater in the group. The kitchen had everything one would need. My mother and I were especially impressed by the number of hangers in the closet. No woman ever thinks she has enough hangers, but we did. There were plenty of linens, towels, etc. The neighborhood was pretty and it was close to my brother's house and to beaches like the Bay Campus. We enjoyed the walk around Circuit Drive (I think that was the name of the street) along the river. We were asked not to use the shower on the lower level because it might overflow, so we didn't, but we noticed that the drainage was not very fast in the upper story bathtub either. Everything was sparkly clean and new. Pretty floors, furniture, bed linens. I loved the architectural style of that house: contemporary raised ranch. I tried to find a house that style in Syracuse in the late 60 's, and couldn't find one. None of us wanted to go home, and we would like to come back next year."

  • Gorgeous Home

"I opened the front door and was blown away. As I looked to the left I saw the large kitchen was flooded with light from the high vaulted ceiling. As I glanced to the right I noticed the beautiful stone fireplace with four comfortable, swivel chairs upholstered in white linen set around a table. Through these living spaces, I walked through French doors to find a magnificent family room with ample seating space, large tv with cable (which we turned on once when it rained) and brand new board games. Nearby was a full bath newly renovated. Outside was a lovely backyard filled with flowering plants, whimsical statues and several shaded seating areas. Upstairs my delight could barely be contained as I found two nice size bedrooms, a full bath also brand new, and a seating alcove with views of the water. It was as if I had stepped into heaven and found that the Lord has asked Ralph Lauren to decorate it. Thank you, God! The home is tastefully decorated in the hues of starfish, driftwood, and wet warm sand. The owner mentioned that the entire home is newly painted and has all new appliances, fresh flooring, and brand new mattresses. He neglected to mention that EVERYTHING is new...from the pots and pans to the glassware, flatware, and furnishings. I finally felt as though I were home. We will highly recommend this property to our family and friends, so long as we get first dibs-HA! I also should mention that we were glad about the no pets rule. We love our goldendoodle but one of the reasons we love him so much is that he doesn't shed, scratch floors or misbehave. That is not true for others' furry friends, so I was glad not to walk into a place that smelled like a dirty dog or start sneezing from a cat's dander. But that's just me! The home is an easy walk to the beach. One well known secret is to walk to the end of the road, turn left onto Border and take the wooded path to Bayberry Ave. Walk down Bayberry and you will find yourself on an unpaved road leading to the beach, and your walk will be filled with flowers, bunnies, and friendly folk. The owners did a great job communicating with us and we're deeply thankful for their willingness to rent their beautiful home. God bless you all."

  • Excellent location and great value!

"My friends and I rented the Rosie apartment, and we were very happy with our stay there. The location is amazing, as it is within walking distance to everything downtown, and the cliff walk and mansions. There was ample space in the apartment, and everything was very clean. It was decorated in a very cute, beachy style as well. Having the kitchen was nice because it allowed us to prepare meals there and save some money instead of going out to eat for every meal. Joe was a great host, and checked in on us periodically to make sure everything was OK. There was a problem with one of the lights not working, but Joe made sure it was fixed right away. It was also nice to have the driveway for parking two cars, plus Joe had bikes available for us to use. My friends and I highly recommend staying here!"
