  • WOW WOW WOW

"What a an amazing experience! The sunsets are worth the price of admission! Beautiful home, open spaces inside, beautiful views and on the Ocean with a large heated swimming pool. The ocean front backyard with the pool is more private than any property we have sceseen in the Keys! The backyard has multiple places to hang out; pool side, dock, off the dining room with very comfortable seating and a large patio table. More than adequate amenities. Fun places nearby, and although only 15 mins from the noisy activity of down town, it is a quiet residential neighborhood. Will be coming back!"

  • Awesome location and lovely home!

"Our family of four very much enjoyed this beautiful, clean, conveniently located home. Very close to the beach, playground and stores (grocery, convenience, restaurants, etc.) and the property was exactly as described and had everything we needed. Owners were very great to work with. We'll definitely be back. Thanks for the memories!"

  • Always a great place to great away from it all! Fishing and family fun!

"I usually make the annual trip down to do some fishing down in the keys. Sometimes it's with family and at other times it's with friends. There's never been a disappointment with something for everyone to do. This residence has a deep water canal in the back yard which is only minutes to Vaca cut. If you are a Tarpon fisherman, Vaca Cut is the best place in the keys for the silver kings! Vaca Cut offers easy access to the back country as well as the Atlantic. There's also a snook light in the back yard with plenty of juvenile snook sitting in the shadows waiting for a tasty offering. The fish cleaning station is always clean and fully functional, ready to prepare the day's catch for the backyard grill. The back yard amenities are cozy and quiet. Plenty of seating, lounge chairs, tables and shade to bring you to your happy place. Inside the residence it is clean and comfortable. Linens are always fresh and clean as is the rest of the residence. Air Conditioning blows cold throughout the house. As far as the kitchen, all I've really used was the refrigerator and coffee pot, both of which look fairly new and clean. Speaking of appliances, there is a washer/dryer setup as well as a full size chest freezer for your week's catch. There is ample parking for a couple of vehicles as well as a boat trailer. Do yourself a favor and use the Cabana Club membership which comes with the rental. This is the highlight of the trip when I take the family down. The club has a manacured beach with waitress service, chaise lounges, bar, swimming pool, lunch menu, hot tub, tables, ect. It is a well maintained resort. The kids love it as do the wife and I. When speaking with the property owner, she has always been friendly and accommodating. She does whatever necessary to fill any special requests or address problems when they arise. In conclusion, I have stayed at one other place in KCB and it was more money for less value. Plus, the property owner was difficult to work with at the other location. Since I have found this unit, I will never even look for another unit again. Thanks again for all the wonderful stays!"

  • Perfect neighborHOOD

"Felt very safe in this Newport neighborhood for 70 days during my relocation from N CA. The property is spacious, clean, quiet, maintained with care, easy hwy 55 access for my work commute, and provided start-up provisions like coffee, salt/pepper, laundry soap, etc., which were much appreciated. A quick walk down the bluff and the PCH awaits you with the Newport Harbor, all the lovely restaurants( Rusty Pelican is friendly and has a great happy hour), fancy cars, post office, and more. Other side of the PCH you're in Balboa/Lido communities and quick few blocks to the Newport Pier & beach with lots of places to explore and no car necessary. I highly recommend shopping at Fashion Island, enjoying the beach at Crystal Cove State Park ($15 entrance fee, but good at all State Parks for the day), and stopping by any of the piers for surfer and people watching. If you get to book during Halloween you're in for a special treat--this cliff top community knows how to party, be sure to bring your costume."
