  • Lovely area!

"This is a great property - well appointed and very secure. It's located in a lovely neighborhood - Wayland Square - with a CVS around the corner, a Starbucks across the street and several shops and restaurants just steps away. If you like to walk, Brown University is very close, RISD is right down the street and then downtown just a few blocks more - all about a two mile walk. Be sure to visit McBride's Pub - the live music is great."

  • Great Stay

"Rented the house with 14 guys for a guys weekend. House easily slept all 14. Huge yards for various outdoor games. The size of the pool was excellent. Two gas grills made cooking easy. Great location to newport and all the restaurants/attractions. Huge screened in porch really tied the house together. Elaine was easy to deal with throughout the rental process. I wont hesitate to rent this house again whether it be for a trip with family and/or friends."

  • Family Vacation

"We had a wonderful stay and everyone liked the house. We were close enough to the beaches and shops and restaurants were close by. We would definitely come back to Seth and Tracy's beach house in the future. Seth was very accommodating and the amenities were what we had expected. Thank you for helping to make our vacation a memorable one."

  • Porch views dreams are made of!

"No where else can you rent a gorgeous Victorian Jamestown home with views of the Pell bridge, Rose Island Lighthouse, Fort Adams, Kling Stone, Jamestown harbor and the list goes on! Our family spent an amazing week here in June and can't wait to book again for next year! We played bocce in the yard while watching a colorful sunset over the harbor, we walked to Narragansett Cafe for drinks and live jazz music, ate amazing Italian dinner at Simpatico and bought lobsters off the dock from Steve the Lobster Man! We visited breathtaking parks at Fort Wetherill and Beavertail and watched the Newport to Bermuda sailboat race. We also enjoyed delicious wines at nearby Newport and Greenvale Vineyards. Truly an epic vacation. Thanks so much Libby, we can't thank you enough for allowing us the privilege to stay at the Middle Sister!"
