  • Perfect family getaway

"This home is in the perfect location to spend time at the beach and enjoy Charleston. Ten to fifteen minutes to each. House provided more than enough space and comfort for my family of 5. The trampoline was a big hit as well. Property owner very easy to reach."

  • Wonderful feel to the place.

"We enjoyed our time in the holy city and it was made better by the great location of this place. Comfortable bed and cold AC helped us stay refreshed and ready for adventures at every turn. Would recommend this place to anyone just needing a quiet place rest and relax."

  • Perfect place for our mini reunion

"We loved this property! It was spacious, bright, clean, and close to everything. There was ample room for all 8 of us to gather and catch up with one another and plenty of space to comfortably sleep. We spent the afternoons walking around Charleston and enjoying the sights (and weather.) In the evenings, we found a variety of restaurants to choose from that were close to our location. It was the perfect place for our reunion."

  • Urban Lofts 258 King Street

"First, we would like to say thank you to the owner/management for making our stay a very pleasant and enjoyable experience. Our family arrived on 12/24/16 and departed on 1/1/17. There were 7 adults (ages 30 - 62) and 2 children (2.5 yrs old and 2 months old). The location was excellent. Shopping, museums, bars and restaurants were all within a short walk. The parking garage was right around the corner and the rates were reasonable. When we initially booked, the price was a bit higher than we anticipated (based on previous family vacations during the same time frame); however, we were extremely happy with the value we paid for. The location couldn't be better and the management/owner were truly concerned with making our stay enjoyable. They had put up a Christmas tree and decorated the rooms for us. The layout of the rooms, the beds and beddings, towels and amenities were excellent. We did a lot of cooking while there and the kitchen and appliances were great. The only recommendation I gave the owner was to have a Mr. Coffee available. Our family is a heavy coffee drinker in the mornings. The only problem we had was with the hot water temperature in one of the showers. We contacted management and they had the owner there within minutes and the issue was solved while we were out to lunch. On our first day, we took a carriage tour of the city. This gave us ideas for the different things we wanted to see such as the slave museum, battery park, Fort Sumter and many other places. We visited the various museums, Fort Sumter and the Aquarium. Our favorite restaurant was 82 Queen where we enjoyed our traditional family Christmas dinner. We also visited the various places on Market street and never had a bad experience....steaks, seafood and oysters. We did visit the Magnolia Plantation that was about a 30 minute drive. It was nice but nothing special. Other than this trip and driving to the airport (a 15 minute ride) our cars were parked in the parking garage on Wentworth street. All of us would highly recommend this property for your family and friends get-a-way!"
