  • Couldn't be more perfect!

"I stayed in Unit C for 2 months while exploring downtown Charleston. The location was incredible! I could walk to restaurants on East Bay, go shopping on King, pick up groceries at Harris Teeter, and walk everywhere else so easily. Even though it was right in the middle of everything, it was also very quiet. I stayed there alone and I felt very safe, especially, because it had a secure parking spot. The neighbors were very friendly and although I was only there a short time, I definitely felt like I was part of the neighborhood. The apartment was so quaint! It was the perfect size for me and all of my clothes! The kitchen had everything I needed to make meals, the cable had more channels than I have at home, and the bed was really comfortable. But most important, the landlord, Patty, was SO helpful. She was very responsive to my emails before I arrived, met me at the unit when I got in, had plenty of literature about what to do in Charleston, came to fix minor work orders immediately, met me when I checked out, and was all around a true pleasure. After trying for months to find a place to stay, I was grateful that Patty answered my first email and had a unit available for me. I liked it so much, I even toured one of the other available units in the building that was for sale. I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone who has the luxury of spending a month or more in Charleston!"

  • The house felt like home to me.

"It was comfortable. My dogs were happy. I had family visit and there was plenty of room. The neighborhood was peaceful. I was out and about, mostly at my daughter's home. She lives in Charleston and was my main reason for visiting the area. Being from the northeast, the warmer temps were great. I would just sit and have my coffee on the back deck in the mornings and loved the "early spring" for me. Thanks Trish."

  • Advice: Book The Nook!

"Very comfortable home located conveniently within the historic district. Nicely furnished and spotlessly clean. The owners were very helpful through the booking process and when we called after checking in with a request, Arthur was there quickly. As the previous reviews suggest, this is a great way to relax after a day of sightseeing in charming Charleston."
