  • The house is amazing! Tiny but homely and perfect for a quiet get-away!

"The house is lovely and quaint! It was a pleasure to have a home away from home! Thank you for nice amenities! It is so close to a very beautiful park and close proximity to downtown Charleston! We would definitely love to stay again!"

"Liked the property. Definitely not near downtown as advertised. Location was tough as it was basically on the crosstown. The place was great. Not to be nit picky but lacked a microwave, toaster and TV in the master bedroom."

  • Amazing views, plenty of space and unparalleled service!

"This place was perfect from arrival to departure. Natalie (the property manager) was able to get us in early, and she did a great job of showing us the ins and outs of the house and the little extras included in the rental. She was also prompt and very easy to reach via text before, during and even after our stay. The checkout process was by far the easiest and least inconvenient I have ever experienced. The pictures really don't do this place justice. We had eight guests total and never felt like we were cramped or confined. The dock, multi-level screened in porches and numerous marsh-side windows make it easy for everyone to enjoy the marsh/river in their own way. The beach is also deceptively close. We rented a golf cart and were at the public access boardwalk in two minutes. Had we not been loaded down with equipment, it would also have been a very easy walk. The kitchen is spacious and has everything you need for big breakfasts or dinners (pots/pans/spices/foil/etc). The beds are extremely comfortable, the towels are plentiful and the labeled light switches make it easy to navigate through each story on your first night there. We will be making this a repeat visit for many years to come!"

  • Very Cute and Clean

"The rental on Spring Street, Charleston, was very cute. It was a two story with the master bedroom, bath, and full washer/dryer upstairs. The unit was impeccably clean. Bravo for that. It was located near the Medical University of South Carolina so there was a lot of student housing around. We had two poodles, and walking them was a little bit of a challenge because the green space was at a premium. However, we were able to find places once we scouted around. It was too far to walk to the battery area. I was a little disappointed at first, but found it to be an easy ten minute car ride. Quinn was there to help us with our luggage and to acclimate us to the surroundings. The extra service was very much appreciated. We ate at some fabulous restaurants in Charleston, The Muse and Cypress. I would recommend them especially the Muse. Their Snapper was wonderful. Grocery shopping at Harris and Teeter was a real treat. I wish we had these stores in Ohio. I would recommend this place to others, however, not if someone has issues with stairs. They were quite steep. We would go back there again."
