"Beautiful new home! Our family loved this home. The kitchen was the best! The Sonos speaker system was enjoyed. The bathrooms are wonderful! Pool was nice and cleaned while we were there. Morning coffee on screen porch was quite and private. We rented a golf cart to get to the beach and it worked well. We really enjoyed this beach trip."

  • Great location and property on Folly Beach

"When I contacted Fred, he responded within 30 minutes. Couldn't have been more accommodating! The unit is close enough to walk to the'action ' in downtown Folly but far enough away that you don't hear it in the unit. Unit is on the backside of the business district so you see what has to be done to get the businesses up and running every day. Within easy walking distance to the pier and beach. Unit has everything you'd need to make any meal. Nicely decorated. Very clean. Two beds and bath in the back separated from the one bed and bath in the front. Rita's and Washout were great. If you're in Charleston for history, go to a Visitors Center and get a 'passport'. Gets you in to museums, plantations, and mansions for a reduced price."
