  • Incredible Relative Paradise

"We loved staying at the Relative Paradise, the location was amazing and it just had a very cozy, relaxing feeling about it. We had 6 people there and you never thought you were crowding anyone at all . We plan to go back again next summer for sure. It was a very short walk to the beach 5-8 minute walk to the beach which was our highlight of the visit."

  • Wonderfully peaceful

"What a great trip! This was our first trip to Edisto and we really enjoyed this condo with lots of extra touched that made it feel like home. Great for our family of 4. We did the Wyndham family pass in order to use the pools, etc. It was a little pricey at $200 extra per week, but the pool is something the kids look forward to on vacation, so it was fine. The Wyndham staff is not very helpful but I will not let that reflect my rating in this particular unit-we thought it was great. Thank you!"

  • Great stay at Edisto for large group!

"What a lovely place to gather with family and friends to reconnect and enjoy the sun, sand and surf! Our group of three families have been gathering together from the mountains to the sea over the last 19 years. Our "babies" are now married or in college and high school, but we all have not outgrown our friendships. This was the perfect place to gather with a large group! There was ample space around the table and bar to eat, play games or just chat. The porches were ideal for rocking and sipping. The game room upstairs had plenty of room for all the "kids" to crash at night. The house is very well sound proof, for we hardly heard the ice cream churn on the front porch laboring away as our frozen treats were being created, nor did we hear all the raucous laughter of the kids as they played a high-spirited game upstairs. We enjoyed bringing our kayaks and finding porpoises to follow along in the St. Helena Sound. We also put in across at Edisto Island and drifted with the current to the side beach. Helen was great to work with and I recommend this highly. We look forward to renting again!"

  • Great Vacation Home!

"I loved this place! Great location for my grandkids. Step off steps, walk down a sandy spot and your on the beach. Best part was deck provided a shady spot from the sun. The house had a great floor plan and kitchen was well equipped. If u love shells this beach is the place to be. If u love bike riding the island has great biking areas. At night sitting on the deck was like being on a ship with the water and waves right below you. As u fell asleep at night the waves provided the perfect sound! Charleston not far to visit for the day or to go to the movies. Bingo at the lions club is family fun. Memories were certainly made for our family!"
