  • Beautiful condo, beautiful view....we will be back

"Christine was excellent to work with and was extremely helpful. My 3 friends and I had a "Mommy weekend" and we couldn't get over how nice this condo was. Plenty of room, very clean, everything we could possibly need, phenomenal view of the ICW, short drive to the beach. We will definitely be back!!"

  • Great family Time

"This condo has everything that you could want in a vacation home. Carolyn has thought of it all. My husband and I, his brother and sister-in law and my daughter stayed for a week. Short walk in to Folly Beach, great places to eat there. Ten minutes from Charleston. We cooked several meals in and found the kitchen lacked nothing. The beds are great. We did see the dolphins. Hope to go back again."

  • Vacation 2016

"Love, love, love this place. Already looking ahead to next summer and planning what week we can come in 2017. The porch is just great. Spent most of our time there when we were not out site seeing or at the beach. My granddaughters pack play fit well out there. Its a nice size room. But the whole place is plenty big. Dolphins, blue herons, pelicans swim by throughout the day. Easy walk to Center street. The condo is very clean and well kept and Judy is extremely helpful. Great vacation. Thank you for offering such an amazing property...❤️"

  • Folly River Views

"The condo unit was in good condition. Everything worked and the beds were comfortable. The best part of the condo were the fantastic views of the Folly River and the marsh on both sides of the bridge. We have a birder in the family and she was able to identify seven different species of herons from the dining room windows. We were constantly entertained by boaters and kayakers and swimming dolphins. The only downside was the walk into Folly Beach on a really busy bridge and then through the town to the shore. We drove to the Morris Lighthouse beach and enjoyed walking the shoreline. The beach there is pristine and it was not crowded. The Caw Caw Interpretive Center in Ravenel is worth the half hour drive. By the way, the condo is the perfect location for anyone bringing his own kayak as there is a pier and dock to use when launching."
