  • Absolutely Awesome!!

"Karen, my family enjoyed your condo so much! We loved the view, the closeness to the beach, and the availability of your storage unit. The condo was spacious and clean, and the balcony provided all of us with plenty of seating and space. Thank you for thinking of everything we would need - from the cleaning supplies to keep things looking nice to the suggestions for restaurants and rentals in both IOP and Charleston. This was our first visit to IOP and we will definitely be coming back!!"

  • Thanksgiving week

"We liked the house, the amenities, and the location. There was plenty of room for the ten of us including 4 young children. The kitchen was well-stocked with utensils and appliances. Access to the beach and local restaurants was good. The porches were a bonus feature. The one drawback was the noise on the weekend emanating from the Dinghy (bar right across the street) around closing time. The owner was very helpful and accommodating. While it wasn't necessary, he made himself available in case there were any problems or issues. We are looking forward to staying here next Thanksgiving."

  • Great stay for a fun weekend with the guys

"I had a three night stay with close friends for a fun weekend in Charleston/I.O.P. The house was clean, large enough for all of us to crash (with one on the couch, he said it was pretty comfortable) and had a great screened in side-porch for we used for dinners and hanging out when we where there. The only thing to keep in mind (and it didn't bother us one bit) was that there is nothing really in walking distance except the beach. This house is in a quiet area and if we wanted to go out (Windjammer, Wild Dunes) you have to Uber or be ready for a long walk. We spent two days going back and forth to Charleston which was about a 20 minute Uber ride and that racks up real quick. There are not many available in the area and some came all the way over from the city to pick us up. We had to call a head b/c there was only 1 or 2 available throughout the day and did this over a taxi b/c it is 10x more expensive. If you rent a car, it would probably be cheaper in the long run. I loved staying here and would recommend it to anyone who wants a nice relaxing place to stay."

  • Fabulous vacation home right on the beach

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This beautiful ocean front house is perfectly situated in the middle of the Isle of Palms. The ocean views are fabulous throughout the main floor as well as most of the bedrooms. The house is situated near the IOP Connector (main road to access the IOP from Charleston), restaurants (quite a few within a 5 min walk), and the playground. Even the grocery store, Harris Teeter, is walking distance. The house is exceptionally well appointed as the owners appear to use the house often themselves. The furniture and decorations are very tasteful and the house is beautifully maintained. The kitchen has top of the line equipment and utensils.... all clad pots and pans, slow cooker, stove top griddle, nice chef knife that cuts well, etc. There are lots of dishes, cutlery, serving bowls / platters to accommodate a large party. The outdoor deck and pool were great. We had the pool heated for the kids and it was nice and warm, which the kids loved. The only aspect of the house that I wish were different is that the window shades don't really block the light so when the sun rises early in the morning, the light floods the the ocean facing bedrooms."
