  • Updated Review

"Just wanted to update my review from last year. It is hard to believe but this place has gotten even better. They have updated the bathroom and made a couple of other changes that we didn't know needed updating. It is just such a cute, convenient place to stay. You have the best of everything Charleston: ocean right out your door, walking to great eating and drinking places and great location to all of the sights you will want to visit in the Charleston area. Check it out. I know we will definitely being returning. Thanks for everything!"

  • Wonderful home, wonderful week!

"15 family members, traveling in from all states, had a fantastic time! Your home was perfect for a large family, and upstairs kitchen was stocked with anything and everything that you might need for a huge group. With it being the hottest week on record in many, many years, the air conditioners worked perfectly...thank goodness! Thank you, Cliff, for providing a wonderful home for all of us to make memories!"

  • Not the Best but It didn't ruin our vacation!!

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I read the other reviews before booking this unit and gave it the benefit of the doubt.I arrived early and was told the unit wasn't quite ready and they would call with the entry code, headed to Mt.P for lunch and within 5 minutes my phone rang with the code~When I entered the condo it had a MUSKY smell,I sprayed air freshner that I had brought with me and went and bought others to sit around the unit plus I bought Fabreeze, after a few hours the smell was gone (almost) but it was tolerable. There was a big crack in the wall in the living area, next the comforter was missing from the bed. There were no sheets for the bunks only for the pull out.The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans but it lacked cups and glasses. There was mold over the shower in the bathroom, the internet was awful, like non-existent.I knew this unit was on the 3rd floor and chose it because I wanted a great view of the ocean and you do get a very nice view, but just remember there are 40 steps to climb up and 40 steps to go down,6-8 + times a day,so be ready for the CLIMB!! This unit is okay and needs a really good deep cleaning and a new fresh coat of paint!! This is more of a get by for now because its for sale () unit. The bedroom needs a curtain to block out the lights from outside.Had a nice vacation and will return again but I will not choose the 3rd floor and I will not choose unit 325B!"
