  • Fabulous week at 204 Summer House

"Our family of four adults had a wonderful week. Dealing with the agent was easy--his replies were prompt, the pictures and video were informative. Late pickup was easy to arrange. Even in the very hot week we visited, the ocean breezes and the pool allowed an escape from the 90 degree heat. Pleasant surprises: The grocery store is less than 5 miles away and selection is good. We enjoyed several local restaurants. The island has Uber service. The kitchen had lots of pots, pans, glassware and dishes. There are noodles and beach chairs. The pool and beach are VERY close. This unit is on our "do again" list."

  • Nice house, furnishings need a little love

"Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We encourage the owners to check furniture. Many of the newer and self-assembled furniture had loose and missing hardware. The pieces will be easily damaged if not secured."

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Yes was nice and very easy to get to room because of elevator. • Fun For Everyone

"The Casa Margarita met our needs, even before our actual arrival date! Management was easy to work with and eager to make sure that all of our family members were pleased with their stay. We visited several other homes before deciding that Casa Margarita would be the best. The children and adults were in awe upon walking into the home! There was no bickering about who slept in each room because there were 10 bedrooms with private baths, and at least 7 bedrooms with ocean views! The open space allowed everyone to eat and enjoy each other during dining. When grandpa wanted to sleep while the children played, it was "all good" because he could not hear a sound from upstairs to the King Tut room! The elevator allowed us to have our 88 year old grandmother visit and share an afternoon with us in this fun-filled home. The best quote of the week was, "There's more?!" And the answer was always "yes" at Casa Margarita. We would recommend this home to any family that wants to stay in a unique, eclectic home that is right on the beach!"
