  • Thanksgiving week

"We liked the house, the amenities, and the location. There was plenty of room for the ten of us including 4 young children. The kitchen was well-stocked with utensils and appliances. Access to the beach and local restaurants was good. The porches were a bonus feature. The one drawback was the noise on the weekend emanating from the Dinghy (bar right across the street) around closing time. The owner was very helpful and accommodating. While it wasn't necessary, he made himself available in case there were any problems or issues. We are looking forward to staying here next Thanksgiving."

  • Dated but nice!

"Property was nice and had everything you could need. Great beach access, Wi-fi, good public living spaces, and great outdoor space. The only negatives were, with the exception of the master, the beds were not very comfortable and the living room struggled to hold more than 4 people in such a cramped space."

  • the best yet

"Every few years our family holds a reunion. In the past we stayed at Myrtle Beach, Folly Beach and none came close to the house we rented at Isle of Palms. Everything was top of the line, the furniture, the appliances, including a super quiet elevator. The location could not be better. Buying food and beverages was "easy peasy". Same with a day trip to Charleston and a bit of history, and a visit to the Bubba Gump shrimp factory. No one in our group had the least complaint. It was the opposite. Five stars for the house, and three cheers for the owner: Curtis Kay"
