Inviting Ocean Front Condo
"When traveling with multiple generations, finding a place that meets everyone's needs is almost impossible - but this place was perfect! The 4 bedrooms / 3 baths gave Grandpa & Grandma privacy, teenagers privacy, the baby a place to rest quietly and a space for my wife and me. The elevator, patio, open-floor, boogie boards and sand buckets were also greatly appreciated. The location was perfect - we walked to everything including the grocery store. AC worked great too."

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.
I read the other reviews before booking this unit and gave it the benefit of the doubt.I arrived early and was told the unit wasn't quite ready and they would call with the entry code, headed to Mt.P for lunch and within 5 minutes my phone rang with the code~When I entered the condo it had a MUSKY smell,I sprayed air freshner that I had brought with me and went and bought others to sit around the unit plus I bought Fabreeze, after a few hours the smell was gone (almost) but it was tolerable. There was a big crack in the wall in the living area, next the comforter was missing from the bed. There were no sheets for the bunks only for the pull out.The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans but it lacked cups and glasses. There was mold over the shower in the bathroom, the internet was awful, like non-existent.I knew this unit was on the 3rd floor and chose it because I wanted a great view of the ocean and you do get a very nice view, but just remember there are 40 steps to climb up and 40 steps to go down,6-8 + times a day,so be ready for the CLIMB!! This unit is okay and needs a really good deep cleaning and a new fresh coat of paint!! This is more of a get by for now because its for sale () unit. The bedroom needs a curtain to block out the lights from outside.Had a nice vacation and will return again but I will not choose the 3rd floor and I will not choose unit 325B!"

"This was our 1st experience renting a vacation home. We were nervous about what we might find. What we found was a home. It was big enough to accomodate our large group, including the dogs. The proximity to the beach was the best! We were comfortable and sad to leave at the end of the week. Thank you for letting us enjoy South Carolina from the comfort of your home."

The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
We absolutely LOVED this house! Right across the road from the beach, big open family space for gathering, eating, and playing games on the occassional rainy day, and quiet, comfortable bedrooms with ample sleeping space for all. Washer and dryer worked PERFECTLY, which made packing much easier. This house feels so homey, it's the perfect combination of comfort and clean but not so fancy you feel you have to be so careful with everyone. Our family felt instantly relaxed and at home in this house and we want to stay here again!"
