  • Vacation

"Location was great. Pictures don't do it justice. It is Right on the ocean in beautiful community. The place was Very quiet with mostly families with children. The inside was a little dated but we weren't there for the inside."

  • Seasoned IOP vacationer

"Returning from another wonderful IOP vacation. We have stayed at many Wild Dunes condos/homes over the last 20 years. Mariners Walk is an ocean front complex about 2/3 of the way down beach toward the point. Good amount of beach even with high tide. This complex has 2 access points which is very nice. One has stair and the other a ramp so you can take wagon, wheelchair stroller as long as it has not rained significantly because the water can obstruct beach access. Nice pool with a separate baby pool. Not many chairs tables or shade. Very crowded in summer. Bedroom are good size but no king beds. Like the 2 full in one of the bedrooms instead of twins. The first floor is crowded with the huge leather sofa and kitchen is tiny. I like to cook and thus was not ideal! Many of the condos in the area in this price range have been remodeled and this one could use a little. Still pretty clean but carpet could use update. Lots of steps so better for those who don't have mobility issues. Nice owners who are easy to work with. Bring your own beach chairs if you don't like sitting on camping chairs."

  • PERFECT HOME FOR LARGE GATHERINGS! Close, quiet beach access! Great location! Excellent management!

"Yes, PERFECT!! OUR BEST REUNION EVER!! This place has it ALL!!! We had our 30th family reunion over Thanksgiving, with kids from 1 to 67 and all had a great time in this well-appointed home with open floor plan and an elevator! The bedrooms and baths were spacious and the kitchen makes meals for 14 EASY! (really! 2 dishwashers, 2 sinks, huge warming oven and lots of space). Robin, from Seacoast Mgmt., was a JOY to work with, answering all questions with quick responses, giving clear info that made our booking, arrival and stay a breeze, and making sure everything was perfect...down to turning on the pool before we arrived! We enjoyed the clean, very comfortable home, the heated pool (very nice even on the coolest afternoon!) and the beach walks were quiet and relaxing! We relished starting the day in our pjs with a warm cup of coffee, watching the stunning sunrises over the ocean from the top floor "crow's nest". Then we had a short drive into Charleston with it's fun places and great food (we really enjoyed the Hominy Grill!) We booked our return for next year while driving home... didn't want this one to get away! YOU DON'T WANT TO MISS A CHANCE TO STAY HERE -THEN YOU'LL BE SPOILED AND NOWHERE ELSE WILL DO!"
