  • We had a blast!

"The condo was very clean and comfortable. The condo had everything we needed for our stay. The Beach was right out the back door! We were steps away from a beautiful sunrise every morning. Short drive to all kinds of historical sites and delicious places to eat. We had a wonderful time. We will definitely be back!"

  • Great family get away

"The house was in great working condition and had all the necessary amenities to support our family of 5. The beach access was wonderful, it's not a long walk at all. Kids loved it and made the other queen bedroom their playroom. We were very pleased with the house and price. Not only would we recommend it to others, we may go back ourselves!"

  • We had a blast!

"Nice home, quite neighborhood, exactly as Kaye describes it. Fully stocked kitchen with top of the line appliances, very comfortable furnishings. 4 of us spent 5 days there at the end of July and we had a blast. Kaye and her husband are very easy to contact along with them being willing to accommodate special requests if needed, we asked for an early check in due to our early flight which was granted. We did have an issue with the brand new A/C unit at 8:00 PM but she had it repaired and running again within 2 hours, that could have been a disaster as it was 97 degrees and humid that day. The only 2 things I would point out is the beach is a bit of a walk from the unit but the pools are fairly close, but as far as towels for the beach and pool are concerned I would suggest you bring your own. My wife and Aunt were put in a bit of an embarrassing situation when they asked for a towel at the pool and were told they were not available to “you people” as they were not guests of the resort, only renters. This was said out loud and it seemed to only pertain to them (not a race issue so please do not think that). If you need towels for the beach or pool I suggest either you bring them or Kaye provide them in the unit. Charleston and Isle of Palms are beautiful and well worth the visit. So many restaurants and sites to visit. I strongly suggest you have at least 1 meal at Pages Fried Okra, just be prepared for bit of a wait. Thank you Kaye!"

  • Beautiful home, so close to the beach!!!

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We came to Charleston area for my youngest brother's wedding. Our entire family and his extended group of friends rented homes/condo's all over Charleston and by far I was most impressed with the home we had rented. Plenty of room for our group and the pool was an added bonus! Highly recommend the home and the Isle of Palms area to anyone wanting to visit Charleston. Only about 25-30 minutes drive to downtown Charleston and so peaceful when you just want to be on the beach and enjoy your family and friends!"
