  • Beautiful Island Home

"This home is GORGEOUS! Beautifully situated in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to one of the most beautiful beaches on the East Coast. Each bedroom is large, comfortable, with individual bathrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked with a bright and sunny breakfast/dining area. The large open deck is great for afternoon breezes watching the pond, and bikers and golf carts go by. The upper deck is great for sunsets! The main living room is huge with lots of great seating and a wonderful entertainment center. Can't wait to rent this beach house again."

  • Wonderful beach views. Well appointed condo.

"Spent a great Christmas and New Year at Seascape. A few things a renter would want to know. The third bedroom is the loft and it is not quite. There is no dining area, it is on the balcony, which is nice weather permitting. The plasma screen should be replaced. We had issues with the dishwasher, replaced in two days which was good and had a leaking clothes washer. Property management was on top of both. The condo is very comfortable, clean with nice furnishings, bedding, kitchen supplies etc. no coffee filters, I left some. I would not suggest for more than six. The sofa bed is a twin in one of the bedrooms. You can't beat the ocean front layout of Seascape. I would rent again but with only 2 couples."

  • My favorite beach stay ever!

"This was our second stay in Building F at Port O Call. Last October in 2016 we stayed on the third floor which had the most beautiful views as there was acess to a deck atop the screened in porch. This year for our October stay, we chose the first floor corner unit which offered immediate access to the beach right off of the screened porch. I will say that it was my favorite. Not only was it directly on the sand with immediate access to the ocean, it was extremely comfortable with all the comforts of home. I loved the beach decor and colors. If you plan on cooking, bring your own spices, which I believe was in the "what to bring" section. I personally spent the majority of my time on the porch drinking morning coffee while watching the most beautiful sunrises that you will ever see! During the day, my husband would set up for fishing while my 11 year old granddaughter would build "castles" in the sand. We plan to return next year to this same property and look forward to falling asleep to the close sounds and breezes of the surf! Oh, forgot to mention that the moonrise is just as spectacular as the sunrise! You can't get any closer to the beach than this because you ARE on the beach if you stay here!"

  • Clean, nice, functional house

"Great house to stay in. Cute and charming. No views of anything, so recommended for just function rather than a beach retreat. Beds were comfortable and it was clean."
