  • Thanksgiving week

"Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay during Thanksgiving week. The home had plenty of space for everyone and a reasonably well stocked kitchen for cooking and baking. The gas grill was great as our family enjoys grilling. The two screened porches, one front, one back, allowed us to enjoy the great weather we had for a few days. Liked that it was close to the beach but would have preferred a shorter drive from the connector. It looked closer to the connector from the initial map and it wasn't clear that we would have to go through a gated entry to get to the property. Certainly not an issue, just less convenient than I was hoping for, having stayed in IOP in other homes. Had a starter supply of basic household items which was great so we didn't have to rush right out and buy toilet paper and soap. Always appreciated. Loved the fact that it is very close to Morgan Creek Grill which is a nice dining option when you don't want to drive all the way downtown to have dinner in Charleston."

  • Great stay for a fun weekend with the guys

"I had a three night stay with close friends for a fun weekend in Charleston/I.O.P. The house was clean, large enough for all of us to crash (with one on the couch, he said it was pretty comfortable) and had a great screened in side-porch for we used for dinners and hanging out when we where there. The only thing to keep in mind (and it didn't bother us one bit) was that there is nothing really in walking distance except the beach. This house is in a quiet area and if we wanted to go out (Windjammer, Wild Dunes) you have to Uber or be ready for a long walk. We spent two days going back and forth to Charleston which was about a 20 minute Uber ride and that racks up real quick. There are not many available in the area and some came all the way over from the city to pick us up. We had to call a head b/c there was only 1 or 2 available throughout the day and did this over a taxi b/c it is 10x more expensive. If you rent a car, it would probably be cheaper in the long run. I loved staying here and would recommend it to anyone who wants a nice relaxing place to stay."

  • Just what we needed!

"We arrived late at night but with the extra directions provided we found the building easily. The place was clean and well stocked. We forgot toys and books but the closets had a supply. There was also a supply of beach toys and chairs. Restaurants and grocery store were close. We brought a portable crib so everyone slept great. My only regret is the pool was closed."

  • Absolutely wonderful

"The property has high end finishes and a 1 minute walk to the beach entrance. The views can't be beat. We LOVED this house. It has parking for 2 cars back to back in a gated community. The pool is a 5 minute walk away."
