    "This condo was perfect for my husband and I and our 2 dogs. It was clean and spacious! We will be renting here again and we absolutely loved being steps from the beach. Charleston was not a bad drive either! Perfect vacation!!"

  • Great house for a weekend getaway!

    "We are just leaving for our weekend in the Charleston area with another family and had to comment on how much we loved this house! While the pictures look nice we were even more impressed with how the house looked when we got there. Every room was perfect and in general the house was beautiful. The kids media room upstairs was helpful in giving everyone some space after a long day out and about. The house is on a quiet cul-de-sac so it was very peaceful for night strokes. We lucked out with some amazing weather in the area too. The management was very easy to work with and helpful. REALLY enjoyed our stay here and will definitely consider returning."

  • Location Location Location

    "We've stayed in 3 different units in Port O Call but this is our favorite. This was our 3rd year in this particular unit. We keep coming back because it is comfortably furnished and appointed; convenient; a good size for the two of us and because you can't beat the views and the beachfront location. The screen porch is delightful and you can see and hear the ocean from every room. To the north and south the beach has eroded significantly but there is still enough beach in front of Port O Call to enjoy. The pool for the complex has always been clean and well-kept and is just at the other end of the building. The owner has always been very helpful and responsive and Wyndham does a great job as property managers. This year we had a number of technical issues - the internet went down on day two, the TV in the living area quit getting network channels and the landline didn't work. At least some of these, if not all, were Comcast issues. Wyndham was quick to respond (unlike Comcast) and did their best to resolve the issues by giving us another source for the internet and sending their staff several times to try to fix the TV and the landline. Finally Comcast showed up on our last day and fixed the internet and the TV and landline ended up working again after several days. These kinds of issues could happen anywhere so although frustrating, we didn't let the technical issues spoil our week. However, for anyone who spends a lot of time on their mobile phone, you need to be aware that cell service in Port O Call, and I understand in all of Wild Dunes, is spotty at best - it's a good time to unplug!"

    "Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was convenient and close to the beach. While I can see it is in need of some updating, it was clean and furnished with all that we needed. I think it was a good value for the money and we will be back. All of our dealings with Island Realty was through email. The information sent was thorough and our later check-in went like clockwork. My only suggestion would be for a slightly later check-out as 10 a.m. seems a bit early."
