  • Cute, affordable, and just what we needed.

"We came to Charleston for a small college reunion. Four girls stayed here and we loved it. Very accommodating with an air mattress, Roku, and lots of clean towels. We also enjoyed the location. Very quiet neighborhood with a short drive to the beach. The view from the back balcony is beautiful."

  • Great week at the beach

"This was an excellent property. Quiet part of the beach, big wide beach, and walkable at high tide with steps down to the sand. Huge living space, screened in porch, and deck. Lots of great outdoor furniture. Bedrooms and bathrooms on the small side, but that was a minor inconvenience. Kitchen excellent and well stocked for cooking. Will be back."

  • Great Weekend Getaway

"The house was located across the street from the beach and the entrance to beach was 2 houses down. Perfect quiet end of Folly. It accommodated our family and friends quite well. Would definitely rent it again."

  • Perfect old Charleston home!

"My family stayed for a week in this wonderful old Charleston house and it was perfect! It's on a quiet tree lined street that is absolutely gorgeous, and the rest of the neighborhood is just as nice. My wife and I loved morning and afternoon strolls down the streets just looking at the houses and everyone in the area was incredibly nice. Only 20 minutes or so from nearly everything you could want to see in the Charleston area, with grocery stores and restaurants right down the road in every direction including beaches, plantations, downtown, Fort Sumter, you name it. But you aren't smack dab in the middle of everything either so it has a real quiet feel. The kids loved the pool and all the rooms were just the right size for everyone to find their own quiet spots when needed. We would absolutely recommend staying here as Bert was great to work with."
