  • For our family of four, 2 adults and 2 children, it was ok for a short stay.

"The property is very convenient and the furnishings have been upgraded. The kitchen and the bathrooms however need some upgrading or sprucing up. With 2 children you need to be able to prepare a few meals and the supply of pots and utensils are past their prime. One of the toilets was running and running. We attempted to contact the property manager and owner but ended up just having to turn it off and not use it. We were also unable to adjust the thermostat which was set at 75 which on the rainy and very humid days it was very close in the unit even with the ceiling fans running. We are not the family who would set it to 65 but a few degrees cooler would have been a bit more comfortable. The property was clean. We enjoyed our stay but who wouldn't on such a beautiful island."

  • Fantastic Location

"This relaxing getaway was great for 4 females just wanting some girl time. One master bedroom allowed all 4 of us to sleep in one space but the second master combined to provide four sinks which made getting ready each day a breeze. For those who fly, it would have been nice to have access to some beach items: chairs, skim boards, rafts, etc. Everything shuts down at 9; an organized binder would provide suggestions of the area for local activities. The pool and beach are easy to access. We loved seeing the fearless deer wandering all over. The unit has a well-stocked kitchen and a few leisure activities like books, movies, games, and puzzles."

  • Nice, short stay with two teens June 2016

"This was a nice two bedroom ground floor condo unit. Master bedroom had a decent master bath and access to the screened porch. The kitchen had updated appliances and granite counter tops. The beach is a ten minute walk on paths or you can ride your bike in a few minutes. The condo was clean and everything worked fine, I would recommend to friends and I would return again. Opportunities for improvement- TV and video were outdated, guest towels were worn and kitchen cabinets cluttered a bit."
