  • Great stay!

"Everything you could possible need or want in a vacation property is what we experienced. This particular property is above and beyond premiere. Thanks to the owners for the remarkable upgrades with the widescreen TV's, internet, etc. We loved "holing up" and watching the NFL playoff games. The light open floor plan and easy access to beach are huge pluses for us. It is so very nice for an Anniversary get away. Everyone we dealt with was very helpful and timely in responding. Receiving the pass and code to the property via email was very convenient. We also appreciated being able to check out at noon on Monday. We have stayed in many of the Windswept properties over the years and have actually stayed here before the most recent renovations and we love everything about it. You could not ask for anything more. We hope to be able to rent this property again for our anniversary in January, as we always choose to come to Kiawah."

  • OUTSTANDING VILLA

"What a great place for a vacation. Eva's villa was just over the top. Fresh flowers, a bottle of wine and some light snacks welcomed us. After a 12 hour drive it was a perfect end to a long day and the start of a great week. The decor is quaint and charming, the villa has easy access to beach and the grounds are well maintained. We enjoyed having a relaxing coffee on the porch every morning. The beach is pristinely beautiful and the area has abundant wildlife, deer, bobcats, pelicans, dolphins, various types of shorebirds and a monster alligator. The fishing out of Bohicket Marina is first class. We caught numerous sharks, sea trout and redfish. We also casted for some HUUUUGE Tarpon that we happened to come across but no takers. Just seeing these fish was a treat. Highly recommend this Villa, Eva and David are great hosts. Five Stars *****"

  • Perfect choice!

"We've rented many condos in many different areas and we were particularly impressed with this condo for several reasons: The two bedrooms were not on top of each other. Good privacy. Very quiet area (in October). The second bedroom was bigger than most "second" bedrooms in a 2-bedroom condo. The kitchen was bigger and better equipped than many of the condo kitchens we've been in. You could get into the kitchen from two different sides, so we weren't in each other's way. Loved looking out at the lagoon. Everything was as described. Both owner and rental agency were very responsive and helpful. One suggestion to make the unit even better would be better lighting."

  • Can't wait to go back to this villa!

"We loved this villa! It's located so close to the Barth Tennis Complex and the tennis club adult pool. My husband and son thoroughly enjoyed the Monday morning free demo clinic. They had the friendliest tennis pro instructing their large group. Having the resort amenities included with this rental put it way over the top! We really enjoyed our fun times at the Night Heron pools. My guys loved playing pickup basketball with the other boys in the pool. The Night Heron Park complex provides pool towels, carry-ins are allowed, pool toys are acceptable, even the pool chairs are allowed in the water. We rented bikes for the whole week for under $100 from alligatorbike.com., great bikes and service. The villa was immaculately cleaned and the room layout was perfect for privacy between the bedrooms suites. We all slept great on the comfy beds. Everything was easy to figure out with Barbara's thorough welcome letter. So many extras were included with this rental. We loved having a crockpot and a colander provided in the nice kitchen. Watching the gators out the big windows was a favorite pastime, especially while sitting in the screened in porch. And watching the birds and squirrels was continually entertaining. The path to the beach is mostly shaded making it a very comfortable walk. So nice of the owners to let us use their beach chairs and water toys. We were thrilled with this villa! We will be back!! Thank you Barbara and Tommy for sharing your Kiawah home with us."
