  • Kiawah Island

"This property and Kiawah Island are very nice. We enjoyed the views from the condo's deck of the 18th green, watching the wild life (alligators, turtles, fish) and all good food available nearby. Traveling into Charleston is convenient and easy (35 min) with even more restaurants, history, tours and other activities. The owner provided us with plenty of information to plan our trip. A very livable condo for a family."

  • It could not be better !!!

"If you liked the photos of the house (which we did), the actual home is better!! We enjoyed a week with (4) generations of family. All (4) bedrooms are beautifully decorated and have a perfect private bath. The elevator was a big plus for my 91 year old Mom. The kitchen had it all...you don't need to bring anything. The living room was open to dining area and kitchen and has all the space you will ever need. We grilled some burger downstairs and relaxed at the adjacent screened porch. The zen pool was very convenient and we had it all to ourselves most days. If you are looking for the perfect place, go no further. Make your booking today!!!! You will not be disappointed."

  • Lovely condo with all you need!

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the proximity to the beach, the golf course as our front lawn, the chic style of the condo's decor, the well-equipped yet uncluttered kitchen, the beautiful bathrooms, the access to beach gear (outdoor porch closet) and the very helpful rental property manager who was responsive and helpful in advance of our arrival. We enjoyed biking all over the island. I was disappointed with the food options on Kiawah (limited, not great quality and high-priced--most restaurants do not take reservations) and the lack of sail boats to rent. Otherwise, a great stay! Thanks you to the owner and to ESPM!"

  • Best Kiawah stay yet...

"My wife and I have vacationed at Kiawah nearly every year since our honeymoon 14 years ago. We have stayed in multiple locations throughout the island, and without a doubt, this is our favorite rental! To begin with, the villa is updated and has a luxurious feel to it. The villa is well-updated and have those extra little touches that make you feel right at home. Both showers are tiled and modern. The carpets in the bedroom are super soft. The family room is extended into the former porch area which provides a spacious feel and is tied together nicely with wood flooring. The kitchen is nicely updated and stocked with all of the necessary cooking and dinner utensils. The location of the villa is a short bike ride to both the beach and Night Heron park. This is especially convenient since it comes with full resort privileges, something that is tough to come by at this price point. The resort privileges grant you access to two water-parks, multiple pools, and offer discounts on a variety of resort activities. I also want to note how understanding the owners were as they worked with us when a family emergency arose during the time of our trip. This will be our "go to" location in any future Kiawah trip and I highly recommend it."
